I only wanted the initial offer and now money has been taken

I signed up for the 1 month offer and did not set up any kind of direct debit. Tonight I got aCall from my bank to say £56 pounds had gone out. They blocked the payment but I have spent the last hour trying to contact the company. My email
Has bounced back and when I go on the contact page there is a ridiculous spot the changing letter puzzle that stops you getting any further! If someone from this company reads this please get in touch as I am not impressed!

customer service

This review is in regard to the customer service resolution. They solved my concerns quickly and provided a full refund in a speedy manner after it was found out the payments were deducted by mistake.

Good app

Good app, to really restarting branding yourself, i recommand it. Plus they have the palette color "scan" to verify if the clothes you will buy matching you color type 😊

Not what I expected.

I thought the analysis would be absolute but I find if I answer the questions a little differently I get a different outcome, for example I have highlighted hair so I could say blonde, but my natural color is light brown. I think I have dark brown eyes but it didn't seem to fit in any category. Most of the clothing to choose from is too warm for Texas. Also I'd rather see more high end choices. On the plus side I found a blue jumpsuit on sale from Soft Surroundings, a place I'd never go to. After filling out my initial profile I wanted to go back and add a photo but I couldn't see a way to do that.

Still deciding if I love this app…

I’m not 100% certain that I have the correct colors analyzed for me but I will try it and see if I’ve just been doing things wrong this whole time!! I just started and so far all of the other aspects seem to be spot on! The application is super easy to navigate too!

Service is complicated to use and samples do not reflect my age or lifestyle.…

I don’t feel like the product reflects collections suitable for a 65 year old woman. The $20 paid to get a list of colors and to upload photos of me in clothes that I don’t have yet really is a waste. I must have miss understood how the program works or it was not clear before ordering.
