I ordered a pair of boots

Firstly to say they match the description is ludicrous. They are nothing like the images, the quality is shocking, I feel for the people who have to box these up and send out, what an embarrassment.

I have been fighting for over a month to get my money back, and radio silence. They will not respond to my emails now.
So I’m stuck with a pair of boots that I cannot wear, and I’m ashamed to even gift on.

Talk about a complete SCAM, this company is fake, do not trust it.

Motallo.com are thieving Bs. I ordered a jacket from them which I did receive and asked them I would like to return it to swap for a larger size, which they said was fine, I returned it but they never sent out the replacement. I sent them several emails telling them I have not received the jacket. The first 2 emails they replied and said it's been sent and asked me for a tracking number even though they were supposed to be sending the item. They ignored all my other emails apart from one, saying motallo deals with orders. This so called company, if they really are dirty scammers. I recommend that in future, if you are interested in a item from a company you don't if they're are genuine, is to see if they accept paypal, that way if someone or a company scams you, you know that you will get refunded. ( I placed the order 25/01/2024 and sent my last email to them 28/03/2024

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Used & washed once & the bobbling is shocking. Very poor quality & can’t wear again. I know the tracksuit was a lot cheaper from this company but at £40 to wear once in not impressed. Contacted them & they said to send back the item, unworn & in its original packaging. I’d explained it had been worn but I wasn’t happy with the quality - not heard anything since? Very poor, do not fall for it like I did.

I bought 2 pairs of size 4 slippers (buy one get one free). When they arrived I had been sent 2 x size 7 slippers, way too big. Contacted them and was told to send them back but I would have to cover the costs. I did this as had no choice & didn't want to lose to the £35 I had paid for slippers, postage cost me £11!!!! Since then (3 months) NOTHING. Every time I send an email they don't appear to understand what I am saying and just email back saying I have to return slippers, I have sent them proof of postage. I think I can safely say I won't be seeing my slippers or having a refund so £46 out of pocket.
If you are going to sell products in the UK you need to ensure you have English speaking staff who can deal with complaints

I ordered some lovely looking boots, but what I got was nothing like what was pictured, terrible quality, I would love to upload pictures just to show people how bad these boots are. It’s a big con. Not interested in refunding my £40 either as far as they are concerned they sent the correct size and basically ignore you to never hear from them again!! Don’t be fooled like I was people…..

Only thing worse than the quality of items received is the after service or lack of it. Item was the most poor quality thing I've ever bought and all they were interested in was if they was the correct size. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!

SCAM, do not use website. Paid £40 for an item and have never received it. A MONTH LATER… im still waiting !!

Scam site. Awful rude and a scam clearly £40 later and I didn’t received my item.

Conterfit item, nothing like the pictures and took an age to arrive. Will be contacting credit card to get refund for dodgy product.

Do not buy from this website the quality is terrible and the tracksuits are supposed to be White fox but they're quite clearly not. No option to refund as email address doesn't work

The shoes are nothing like the quality they are advertising on their website.

When I’m trying to return and get refund I’m getting no help at all. Safe to say I have lost my money on this product.

They are the biggest scam the shoes are so cheaply made never again would I order of them.

They are a terrible company. Sent me awful boots, not like in the pictures. Very poor quality! I asked for a refund but the only response I got was I needed to send them to France but with no address!!
