Loving my new slippers, good git, comfy and arrived really fast.

Placed an order, then read the reviews. Have now sent the shoes back with proof of purchase, no answers as to when a refund will be coming. I wouldn't recommend using Shucentre.... avoid

Ordered size 10 slippers, couldn't even get a size 8 foot in them.
Contacted and requested return label, told to post, received credit for item but not the £4.25 post.
Given them two opportunities to refund it and they can't be bothered.
Their product was not supplied correctly I await credit for post.
Service extremely poor do not use them.

Avoid the seller, sent woman slippers, wouldn't send a return label, now stopped responding.

Ordered Adidas UK 7 trainers, received and they are undersized. More likely a 6.5. Tight to fit tried to wear them but eventually decided they are not right and to send back, I’m also questioning whether these are genuine. Response has been a generic email every 24hrs. Looking at the bad reviews I’ve decided not to send back as I fear they will either ‘get lost’ in the post or somehow it will be my fault. Poor customer aftercare, so decided to cut my losses and keep and hopefully sell on. Note to self - buy from a shop. Shame as it doesn't need to be like this.

Ordered today and received tommorow. No issues will be ordering again in the future

Ordered a pair of Adidas. On-time, good delivery and service. Will order again.

Ordered boots via Amazon, size 8. Box states size 8. Boots are size 9! Card enclosed asking for good feedback only! Please don’t leave negative feedback but contact them first! Have tried using their email address twice and it’s undeliverable. Certainly wouldn’t use ShuCentre again.

Bought a pair of Ascend trainers, via Amazon market place, in brown, received Ascend in grey.
Went online to return and the website is horrendous.
No option for wrong colour then it sends you in a circle...presumably never ending.
In the end I settled for the grey as I was so frustrated.
This company doesn't deserve to trade anywhere, charlatans, rogues, shysters, scum and liars.
Hopefully one day they will get their comupance.

Ordered aerosoft flip flops very comfortable and good quality .Arrived on the time indicated well packaged will be ordering another for my daughter!

Waited a few days for my boots. I ordered lucia leather shoe boots but that's not what I received. Boots are synthetic and not wide fit which is the reason I ordered them in the first place! I shall be returning these immediately under amazon's amazing returns service. Have re- ordered from amazon but through a different seller. Very disappointed

They sold me fake AirForce1s don’t trust this fraudulent company

End of April, ordered some black trainers for my husband from this business.They were reasonably priced.
Waited for delivery on Thursday 2nd May (I think) & was told the trainers would be delivered about 8 pm. No show. The next morning I got a message from Amazon Marketplace to say that there was no delivery date & the order would be cancelled & refunded if there was no delivery within 5- 7 working days. I wrote to Shucentre saying that I would like either a delivery date or a refund. Today (5th May) I got a confirmation that the order was cancelled & I would not be charged. I intend to check my credit card to check that this is true. I haven't been given a reason why the delivery never happened & it would have been courteous if I had received an explanation. I wouldn't use this firm again.

Poor quality products and customer service is shocking. Avoid!

Bought a Nike hoodie and matching sweatpants. The typical grey ones you see. They were advertised as the new season 23/24 and the ones that came you could tell were completely different and OLD. Like it had the blue tag it’s that old with the hoodie’s hood shape making me look like the hunch back of Notre Dame. The hoodie was still new and clean but why lie and say it’s the new season when it’s evident it isn’t? Just wasting my time. Thought I’d save myself £15 getting it from Amazon but returned it and just bought it from Nike directly.
