The mugs are beautiful and nice to use, but quality didn't last me for more than six months. When I poured in hot water to make a cup of tea, the cup cracked. I contacted the Motel a Miio team, and they said it was due because of a thermal shock. I never put the mugs in the dishwasher and take very well care of them. I took the mug out of my cupboard and poured in the hot water. That should not put in a thermal shock. Really disappointed, loved using them because they are a nice size and they look beautiful. But unfortunately..

My cups just arrived and they are gorgeous. Despite a little long delivery - I ordered on the 26th of September and the delivery arrived on the 9th of October I am giving it 5 stars and I would give it more because I LOVE IT! I have been looking at different ones in shop and they feel perfect. The weight, how they feel when you hold it, shape and design. Well done! I will be baying a lot more from you.
Beautiful product but awful customer experience. Website says 4-6 days delivery (already slow) paid EUR20 for it too...

What a horrible customer service. I ordered some things but did not want to keep them all (one item was even damaged) so I send some things back with DHL. The package got stuck somewhere in Germany saying it had no adres on it wich was rubbish I even send them a photo. The package was returned to me and now I have to pay €15 of return costs ágain. I asked if they could send me a return label so I could bring it to a German post office but that was to much to ask.
Never buy anything online here unless you’re absolutely sure you don’t have to return anything!
Very vert disappointed in this company and it’s customer service.
I orderd a couple of weeks ago ( 508749 ) and not only one piece came broken but 3 out of 4 we’re totally other pieces! I am waiting for them to respond, in hope that they will replace the pieces, hoping they will not try to ask me to buy them again and pay of another delivery

It’s a joke. Item came broken they did nothing, no refound no replacement! Customer service is not existing here. It’s been 3 month and I’ll never get my money back
After a big delay, products finally arrived. Well wrapped, nothing broken. But almost all plates (6 dinner and 6 breakfast plates) were clearly of B-QUALITY! Painting had gone wrong with missing paint stripes, big circles in middle (nothing like pictures on website or plates in shop) and little black dots everywhere. I don’t mind it if handmade plates are different in shape and quality, but these FAULTY plates should have been disapproved for sending to customers who pay the full price! I feel totally RIPPED OFF!
And then the drama happened.. trying to get in contact with customer service! It takes them a week to reply to emails. And I needed a few emails to get to an end result.so we are about 6 weeks further!!!
And now I have to send it back at own costs, and because the box is bigger than most companies allow, I have to pay 50,-!!!! And then I still have nothing! Absolutely ridiculous. Never again!

After long delivery delays, my order finally arrived.
It was immediately obvious that the oder was not going to be in good condition as it was shipped in an inappropriately large / weak box. Sure enough, upon opening, about half the items were completely smashed. They were so poorly wrapped that this was no surprise.
Now to try get a refund... Despite having the whole website in English, the support emails and forms only seem to be in German. Wish me luck as I received no reply when enquiring about the weeks' long delivery delays.
Absolutely terrible customer service. After a long delay shipping I then received the item. Got in touch with customer service and didn't hear anything for one week. Was told to return the items and reorder, insisting I pay for shipping again. The issue still hasn't been resolved, they are now just ignoring me. Quality of the product is also no where near as good as it used to be
Wish I could give less than a star. It’s been over a month and I have NO REFUND. I have emailed multiple times with no reply. I am out €415 after having received countless broken dishes in my order. This “service” is appalling.
I cant Belive It.
I have done a order of 50 euro on the site and when It doest arrived i text for help and they sad that the order doesnt exist, but i have spend 50 euros on It. so magic. they take my Money and nothing.
We had plates gifted to us as a wedding gift and they were sent to the wrong location (another country). We worked w customer care and they reshipped them too us at no cost. The communication did take a little time but I appreciated how they handled it. I love the quality of their stuff and how each item is unique.
Really bad quality, a real shame! 2 Months after buying the set, the borders of the dishes started to wear down, although it was theoretically ok to wash them in the dishwasher (verified it in the website). Several e-mails sent and we didn't get an answer. Finally they did, and they offered a ridiculous 20Euros discount or to the send the items back. We felt into the trap because of the nice design but never ever again! It's a really expensive scam and does definitely do not deserve the price for the bad quality product they offer.
Disaster customer service. Have not received and answer since weeks. Customs entering Switzerland was not taken care of. After paying the customs fee, product got held at DHL for 2 weeks now. Never received product. Borderline scam of a company. Shameful experience.
