Terrible customer service
Appealing website with nice products.
Customer service however is below any expectations. Over 3 weeks, once phone is picked-up, you reach an answering machine with no possibility to leave any message.
No replies to repeated mails.

Super nice tableware, great service!
Super nice tableware, nice and helpful people at the customer care department. When one plate had a crack they exchanged it within 3 days. I can highly recommend Motel a Miio! ❤️

Developing cracks after 6 months and breaking
We bought a really big set and even expanded it because I loved the colors and concept. Unfortunately, 8-6 months after the purchase now, one piece after the other is breaking. Despite us trying to be very careful and properly caring for them, they keep developing cracks which extend over time, leaving the plates being of no use anymore. I am very sad for all the money spent and for the disappointment now.

Great dinnerware!
Despite being a little concerned with the reviews I've read, I ordered a full set of dinnerware and was fully satisfied!
I sent an email beforehand to ask about come cups which were out of stock and they quickly responded and kindly offered to swap them into my order if I ordered the same size cups in another style since they still had some in stock. They answered my questions before I ordered and everything arrived within a week. The plates, bowls and cups are beautiful and feel very well made.
I have put some of the bowls in the microwave and dishwasher without issues.
Overall really great experience, I will definitely buy from them again!

Amazing customer service! My mug started cracking inside (probably defect at the time of purchase) and after emailing them they sent me a replacement right away! That is what I call great customer service! Highly recommend!
