Sizing.
Ordered the stated size jeans that match my daughters size, but when they arrived the jeans were way to big for her. So on the second attempt, ordered the next size down and they fitted correctly. It wasn't a problem changing them over but a little more information could have saved the planet a little by reducing the delivery miles and pollution caused by this.

I love their jeans and the updated sizing (since I last bought from them years ago) has really helped me out. I would give 5 stars it’s just despite the sizing, which were updated to be inclusive for all petite, medium and taller girls, the petite length is still a little long for me, but that’s just me being picky lol. I know that motel says that their jeans are meant to reach the floor I was just hoping for them not to actually brush against the ground outside while walking because I’d hate to ruin £60 jeans.
Also really like their pasha shrug cardigan! I hope motel puts more into their sweatshirts and knit section, there’s potential for some really cute hoodies and knits.

Quick delivery and quality clothes. Clothes that needed to be returned were sent back at a cost of 1.99 which was a refreshing change from exorbitant fees of their competitors (PepperMayo, Hello Molly etc).

Awful Top
Awful Top, £34 for a sequin top with the worst material and quality!
The netting of the top was terribly itchy and uncomfortable , the material did not stretch at all to even go over my head was a hassle . The sequins were like plastic shards and irritable , when I took the top off there was sequin all over my floor which tells on the quality of the item . I was disappointed to receive this item and when returning it I had to pay an additional fee!

I have had two separate deliveries
I have had two separate deliveries, one was fine, delivered on time. The other I ordered and paid for next day delivery, but it arrived two days later! Motel Rocks did refund the delivery cost after I complained.

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. I had my doubts before ordering because my last purchase from Motel Rocks was returned due to poor quality, but I gave them another chance and bought three summer dresses for £50 each. Big mistake.
All three were made from viscose or polyester; the lining was awful, and the design on each was a mess. For £50 a dress, I was appalled. There is genuinely better quality on Shein and Cider, which is telling.
Charging premium prices for what feels like fast-fashion quality is just greedy. They clearly don't care about the poor product or the people buying it. Additionally, the return portal is still broken; I had this issue last year when I tried to return clothes.

Item terrible quality, but good customer service
Quality of the dress was awful, poor fabric, colours were different to the website and sizing was much smaller than would be expected. For the price I was very disappointed and it has put my off ordering from here again. However delivery was prompt and return processed efficiently.
