Promptly resolved a shipping error, the prop balancer works Great!

It was a pleasure dealing with Motion RC support. I called first, they were very nice and informed me to send a email. Support took care of my issue in a few emails. Will definitely buy for Motion RC again.

I made an order for a F-22 raptor 80 with gyro and what happened was it disappeared in Kentucky last known location shipping to Hawaii. I put $300 for shipping Ozzy. One of the company's probably main guys did nothing but go over the top to help me. Also, after not being able to find the lost airplane, he sent me a brand new one. It should be here tomorrow. Nothing but full respect to motion. In r, c, if you look at my record, I have bought nearly fifteen airplanes from this company and I love them love the workers and super super happy.I will be with this company for many years.And continue to buy their product.Thank you, motion r c aloha from hawaii.They don't leave you hanging.They make things right?And that's what counts thank you.

Took delivery of a Heng Long M4A3. Performed functionality checks and determined gun elevation was inoperable. RCMotion’s customer support talked me through diagnostics to make sure it wasn’t a simple loose contact on the motherboard. When we decided the unit was defective, RCMotion provided a paid return label and offered to send me a new tank the moment FedEx logged in my return. Can’t beat that kind of service and support!

I’ve always had a great experience with motionrc. Been buying planes from them for years now and anytime I’ve had an issue with a plane or part they have always made it right. As far as this black horse mig29 so far the jet looks nice and I can’t wait to get it put together and up in the air.

Great service for Great airplanes (f16 90 v2). As usual, such à complex model souldn't be flown as à Maiden without sérious check of every component. Its not à matter of quality, Just an advice than People would naturally do with kits but are tempted to forget with pnp version as it comes painted and seems ready to fly. Sometimes glue or screw May be loosen somewhere and could affect safety or the Maiden Flight.

I suggest you at MRC to underline this in your assemvly vidéos.

I remember calling and speaking with Ozzy sometime around late September last year with some questions about a DF 95, he was most helpful but did not pressure me for a decision to purchase. That had to wait till the club I sail with decided what boats they would sail, and I then ordered one in January this year. Everything was in order, but unfortunately the sail had badly creased in the package and despite Ozzy advising me to try some light heat to straighten it, it did not work. He then sent me a new one under warranty and it is due this coming Monday. Very helpful and caring as a company. I will definitely shop there again and recommend to friends !!! Good customer support but took about three weeks because part was out of stock.

Super fast response and replacement to items missing from shipment caused by box being crushed during shipping and popping open. Shipper was nice and taped the box back together without all the items.
