I had a retract with “infant mortality”, didn’t work from the start. I contacted MotionRC talked with Martin about the issue and was sent a new one without any hassle.

The smoke was not working on my Torro Panzer lV.
Put it a service request and it was handled immediately, Derek did a excellent job with handling this.

I had a problem with an order and Martin took care of it with professional courtesy. Thanks for quick response resolving my issue.

Ozzy patiently walked me through all the rx configuration and “taught me to fish” so I can configure these awesome receivers going forward. He is not only knowledgeable, but obviously a RC enthusiast as well. Motion RC is a breath of fresh air compared to the impersonal large web presences currently out there. It felt like I walked into my old hobby shop 😀

I needed some replacement parts for a plane purchased from Motion 8 or so years ago. They had everything I needed in stock and shipped them out in a timely manner. Great customer service!!

Emailed for help with stabilization settings for 64mm F-14. Received reply with proper instructions to access the settings I needed. Also, when I purchased the F-14 V2, the kit was short one screw for attaching the ordinance pylons. I emailed MotionRC and a few days later received the entire screw kit for the plane. Can't ask for better customer service that this!

I will like to thanks Derek for their support best costumer services and tech support, Derek was very knowledgeable, polite and a fast solution to my situation. I am 100% satiated with Motion RC Staff especially Derek.

The package ( rc model ) was delivered inoperable/broken twice by the delivery company. Motion RC replaced it each time and provided a return label. The inoperable/broken nature of the issue was not their fault or mine yet they stood behind getting the selected product to me the customer. They approached the replacements in an expeditious manner and kept me informed throughout the ordeal. The third unit was intact. It is unique and a ⁹pleasure to conduct business with such an honorable company. Keep up your customer focus and honest business practice.

Shipping have no tracking could have bought same product locally for a few dollars more with no shipping cost. Need quick I failed to ask how long will it take??

Plane looked perfect.
One of the necelles was damaged due to box being damaged. Product support is on it, replacing the damaged part.

I ordered and installed an Admiral 295kv motor and during bench testing, the prop nut became increasingly difficult to remove despite going on true. Upon nut removal, the threads were damaged beyond use. I contacted MRC technical support and they sent me a replacement prop adapter.

Had an issue with a missing part from a Henglong kit. Derek handled the issue efficiently and expedited another shipment of the kit I had ordered. Their customer support is excellent and they are very helpful. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is interested in anything RC related.
