After paying on my motorcycle lease for…

After paying on my motorcycle lease for 4 years i decided to pay off the bike so i can keep it. Once i paid them they stated it would be 4 to 6 weeks to get my title.
On September 9th 2023 I paid the bike off and here it is November 24th 2023 and I still don't have my title in hand. I have made Mutiple calls to them and every time they have stated that they made a mistake with the Texas DMV and that they will get it taken care of and will overnight the title to me. this was weeks ago and i still have not received my title from them.
Their customer service line will never answer, and you are forced in leaving your phone number in hopes that they will call you back and they rarely do.
the lack of customer service from this company is concerning.
I will never use them again and I suggest you don't either unless you like fighting with a company for what is yours.

Do not use them

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star)

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Moto Lease in the hopes that others can avoid the frustration and inconvenience that I have endured. As a customer who had faithfully made payments for four years without a single missed payment, I had always considered Moto Lease to be a reliable and trustworthy company. However, my recent encounter with them has shattered that perception completely.

My ordeal began when I decided to pay off my motorcycle loan. I requested a payoff quote and even had a third-party buyer lined up. To assist with the process, I spoke to a representative named Monique who guided me and the buyer through the necessary steps. All seemed well, and I promptly sent a cashier's check as instructed.

Here's where the nightmare began. The cashier's check was returned by their accounting department, leaving me baffled and frustrated. When I reached out to Moto Lease, a different representative informed me that Monique was new and assured me that the issue would be resolved. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I followed their instructions and sent another cashier's check, crossing my fingers that this time it would go smoothly.

Regrettably, my optimism was short-lived. The second cashier's check was returned once again, leaving me incredulous and incredibly annoyed. What was even more disheartening was the lackadaisical attitude of their Level One representatives, who work from home and often appear distracted during conversations. The sheer lack of organization and coordination among the representatives is glaringly evident.

Moto Lease's response to this situation was nothing short of astonishing. Rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes and making amends, they insisted on placing the blame on me. Despite having made every payment on time for years, their inability to process my payoff correctly led them to escalate the matter to their recovery department. The lack of empathy and understanding from their end was truly disheartening.

Adding insult to injury, Moto Lease demanded an additional $900 to rectify the situation they themselves had caused. They refused to grant any extensions or assistance, leaving me with a tarnished credit report and a significant financial burden. To make matters worse, the confusion regarding my payment status persisted; despite being told my payment was received and even seeing it marked as paid in their app, it mysteriously reverted to unpaid within days.

In my desperate attempts to find a resolution, I was met with Tony, a supervisor at Moto Lease, who displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns and providing the help I so desperately needed, he abruptly hung up on me, leaving me feeling utterly dismissed.

In conclusion, my experience with Moto Lease has been a complete and utter disappointment. Their disorganization, lack of accountability, and inability to resolve the issue they created have left me with a damaged credit standing and a deep sense of frustration. I implore anyone considering doing business with Moto Lease to think twice. Their poor customer service, disregard for loyal customers, and overall mismanagement make them a company to avoid at all costs.

This Company is a Joke

This Company is a Joke. They sold my lease and after my lease was done, I returned the bike and great condition, these clowns than turned around and billed me for 2k, oh they also put it on my credit report. I fought this for over a year to get it removed and for them to stop trying to collect 2k from me. Just No GOOD people over there.

Easy process, helpful staff

I really enjoyed working with the lease advisors at MotoLease. They helped me find the right bike for the right price. The financing also was pretty easy even though i don't have the best credit in the world.
