I’ve used MotoNovo Finance twice now, and both times have been great. They make the finance process very easy to navigate. It’s always a relief to work with a company where the process is so straightforward. Excellent service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I would not recommend going with this…
I would not recommend going with this finance company! I done it for peace of mind considering I paid £17,995 for a van I expected it to be road worthy, 3 weeks of owning it the dpf fault came on van in limp mode etc, between them and dealer they removed the dpf which doesn’t go threw mot and is illegal! Had around 5 or 6 days off work going back and forward from there mechanics to sort the problem!! Week before Xmas van not driving in limp mode etc left me no option to pay to get it fixed properly which cost £2000 asked for 50/50 payment being more than reasonable!! Refused, was any checks done on this van before I collected it or do people just get away with selling dodgey goods at big prices!! 3 weeks in with a van in limp mode for 18k is ridiculous no effort to put right, now in financial ombudsman’s hands
