Great experience

I’ve got to say we had a great experience…

I’ve got to say we had a great experience with buying a Renault capture from motor market , Paul the salesman was absolutely brilliant he made us feel comfortable and relaxed with no pressure to buy a car very helpful and friendly from start to finish, on collection they prepared the vehicle to a very high standard with great attention to detail and did everything that paul said he would do , I found this garage to tick all the right boxes and would definitely buy another car off them in the future 👍🏻

Renault capture

I collected my Renault capture off motor market, its my 3rd car from motor market as always fabulous service and very pleasant and always makes you feel welcome, always help with any questions or enquiries while and after the sale of a car, thank you to Paul for sorting the car and being there for any questions I had while the car was being sorted. Highly recommend to anybody, they are willing to help you find a car that's perfect for you.

Great first car buying experience

Bought my first car from here. The team were super friendly and helpful, and weren’t overly pushy like many car sales places! Fixed any issues we flagged straight away and gave us flowers with our car which was a lovely personal touch.

Explained everything so clearly to us and left us with zero doubt. Would recommend!

My daughter brought a audition a1 of…

My daughter brought a audition a1 of these people reg sw19yta in white took it back within 20 minutes due to faults and cancelled her finance agreement, which we then find out 3 weeks later that they hadn't cancelled the finance and the payment for the car came out so she contacted the finance company who stated that the garage had not cancelled the finance we looked a little deeper to find the car had be sold to a girl called chole in Pembrokeshire on the 14th of Feb which Is fraud as the car was still under finance to my daughter, when we contacted the garage there attitude was disgusting would not admit fault and was abusive and condescending, they then agreed to pay my daughter back for the finance payment that went out to then not do so, so my daughter and husband went down to the garage the following morning to be called liers and that they had sent the money back to the finance after a heated argument where Dean saw fit to offer my husband outside and get in his face to then have to have my 19 year old daughter have to get in the middle of them then stated the money hadn't been sent back to the finance company, they are cow boys they are unprofessional confrontnational disgusting attitudes happy to rob a finance company and to rob a 19 year old girl, calling my husband a d##khead, there a fraudulent company be very careful and I hope the girl who brought the car doesn't have it repoed due to the finance marking the car as unknown where abouts stay well clear of this company, we are going to trading standards and police and also the ombudsman due to the sheer lack of professional process

We totally understood your frustration, which for the avoidance of doubt was caused by your finance broker not fulfilling the unwind request and sending us the necesary 'return of funds request' to allow payment. This has been requested on numerous ocassions and to date has still not been recieved, although we note we made sure you were disadvantaged by that situation.

Whilst we repeat we understand the frustration and have taken the matter up directly with the broker, what isn't acceptable to us is the manner this frustration was displayed.

Our staff have a right to attend work without being spoken to rudely on the telephone and then in person, called liars, in a confrontational manner, without any intent on listening to the facts or dealing with the issue in a rational and reasonable manner. This isn't acceptable and under no circumstances will be tolerated within Motor Market.

Given our experience of this prior unnecessarily agressive and threatening approach, its of little surprise you have chosen to continue those threats on review platforms, however should the need arise we are very comfortable dealing with the third party organisations to which you refer, confident in the knowledge these are reasonable authorities, that when armed with all the correct facts, will deal with the matter in a likewise sensible manner.

This is my 3rd purchase from Motor…

This is my 3rd purchase from Motor Market, all three transactions were excellent no complaints, had no issues with any of two purchases, and third so far so good.
I would 100% recommend Motor Market to anyone whether it your first car or your looking to upgrade you will not be disappointed

DISGUSTING STAY AWAY

Firstly let me start of by saying giving these people 1 star is a push.

They were absolutely disgusting the manner they spoke to me in, told me I am moaning, because they sold me a faulty car the lights on the dash came on several times. The courtesy car they gave me also had engine fault lights. I have ended up giving the car back (may I add I couldn’t do it quick enough) and having my money back. I am reporting them to trading standards due to poor customer service, disgusting attitude and lack of accountability they took for selling me a faulty car.
