Local vs Total (did you know?)
I have tried to make my first claim on this insurance policy and its on breakdown recovery but what the small print and they didn't tell me when I took up the policy was that the LOCAL breakdown doesn't mean from home as that is apparently called TOTAL breakdown. That's less than transparent and I am very unhappy about this.

I ask for a NCB confirmation
I ask for a NCB confirmation. They tell me I need to cancel my policy to get one. Then they charge me 75 pounds for the cancellation fee.
Since the last response from Motorvision I have passed on details as per the instructions. Needless to say , I have not heard back.
