Terrible company
Terrible company. I brought a car for over seven thousand pounds and after just one week the gearbox went. After I had it checked over by a mechanic he found that not only was the gearbox gone but three of the tyres needed replacing. It was leaking oil. And the brake pads was worn down to a dangerous level. I tried to contact them to return the car for a refund but I have been ignored. I am now leaving it to my solicitor to sort out as I want my money back. Please do not do business with this company.

Poor aftersales care and very poor communication
Peter at motor gurus was brilliant from start to finish until I had driven away from the site and found there to be issues with the car. I am.now left in limbo while emails are constantly ignored. So great service and communication when taking your money and then when comes to sorting any legal issues out they forget you exist.

Cannot recommend Simon at MotorGurus enough
I had already found a car that I liked on the website, and Simon was nothing but helpful and friendly from the moment I called him, when I went to look at the car in person, to when I actually purchased it and brought it home. Car Purchase
I saw the car in Autotrader and made an offer. I spoke to the representative Russ who was very helpful. We came to an agreement and I made a deposit. The next day I caught the train to Sheffield and Russ met me at the station and took me back to the dealership. The car was immaculate so we went in and ran through all the relevant paperwork. Within a short time the car was mine and ready to drive. I could not be more pleased with the service that was provided. 1st class
