We have just sold our Autosleeper Nuevo EK through Gary Fear, Salesman for Motorhome Depot. He was very professional and easy to deal with and we agreed financial arrangements prior to him accepting the motorhome. Everything ran smoothly with a buyer being found and the whole process and monies received within 3 weeks from start to finish. Highly recommended if you are looking for a hassle free sale of your motorhome.

What a lovely, friendly, polite and professional couple, Simon and Maria, with a no pressure sales that made the whole buying process so easy. There knowledge of the Motorhome and its operation was exceptional. We cannot recommend them enough, outstanding service, and as I was overseas as we closed the deal they still supported and aided the buying process out of hours going above and beyond. Having my vehicle up for sale for 8 weeks with no responses I contacted Motorhome Depot to sell my vehicle for me. I had 2 responses within a week and a buyer in the second week. Alan was very friendly, proffesional and knew his stuff dealing with the buyer throughout. During handover Alan dealt with the details, buyer and myself efficintly and very proffesionaly so that we all were happy when the deal was don and monies transferred.Without Motorhome Depot I could easily still have the van in my possession. Thanks to Alan and the team.

I purchased a 2012 Elddis Aspire from this seller and was told that a previous leak had been repaired recently. Unfortunately, after inspecting the roof, I found that the repair tape over the front roof seam was already lifting and appeared to need attention again. This left me questioning the quality and timing of the repair I was told had been carried out.
Although the seller disclosed that there had been a leak, I expected the repair to be durable and not showing signs of failure so soon after purchase.

After Ed became aware of the problems I experienced after purchase, he reached out to me and couldn't have been more proactive in resolving the situation, working with both parties to find a fair and timely resolution.

I'd also like to point out that, aside from this issue, the transaction and my experience of dealing with Ed and Motorhome Depot were smooth and hassle free. Hence my rating of 4 stars.

My first time dealing with Motorhome Depot and would highly recommend. Neil was friendly and not what you sometimes expect from sales people. No pressure selling at all and keen to understand needs of customer. Gave an honest appraisal of each vehicle I viewed including pros and cons. Very good knowledge and experience of leisure vehicles. Supportive with and actually advocated getting habitation check done before purchasing and was able to help with fast tracking this with a local company.
Neil clearly puts time and effort into getting to know his customer not just about what they want from a vehicle point of view but a bit about them too. It was also apparent that he had a good rapport with the people he was selling on behalf of too. Good sense of humour not just focusing on the potential transaction. The fact Neil was local was an advantage I felt in getting a good rapport and with knowing the area etc.
On the day of handover he even picked me up from home with my dog to go to the motorhome I ended up purchasing. Helped in looking after my dog as the weather was hot. Handover through and not rushed. Dealing with the financial transaction easy and stress free. Great service. Thank you Neil.

I made contact and, within a few days, my Campervan was inspected and put up for sale on their website.
Within three weeks the new buyer was driving it away.
They reached out and found the prospective buyers and organised all of the financial transactions with the buyer and were very professional.

very informative representative , told me to give our van an extra clean 😆 done the trick , first person to view from down south purchased our motor home . Smooth transition during the sale . Could not have gone more smoothly and it was all down to Neil Dalglish who negotiated the sale , huge thanks Neil .

We bought our motorhome from a chance visit. Bernie and his wife were very accommodating and made our buying experience very smooth. He also went the extra mile to sort some minor issues and mot the van. Can't fault them at all and would recommend to use thrm if looking to buy rather than going privately..

When I made contact first about selling our van I was sceptical. Jason took me through the two main options, them buying outright and then acting as a broker.

We chose the broker route and took the van to Colne. They sold it within 2 weeks and we ended up much better off that way.

The money appeared in our account instantly.

Bought a motorhome thru Motorhome Depot last week, travelled from North of Scotland to Derby to pick it up.
Only had confidence to do so due to the care and attention given by Tara the agent for MD.
Before committing to the sale, she was very helpful and informative, no hard sell, just easy to deal with.
On the day of collection, she couldn't have been more flexible, a few complications on the day, but she remained pleasant an manerable throughout!!
Overall I found this a very pleasant experience, far better than dealing only with a private seller and also far better than dealing with margin hungry dealerships!! An ideal middle ground.
