All very easy and very pleased with final sale.
Dealt with all aspects of sale including vetting buyers and showing them around.
If your thinking private sale would be better don’t so many dishonest pearled about.

We used Richard Parker in the Stoke area. The initial conversation with head office was very professional and when Richard came out to appraise our vehicle he was clearly knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. He did a great job of presenting the van in a great light while being realistic on price, value and expectations. We had 3 viewings booked in 2 weeks and sold on the first one. Slight complication (our fault) with the V5 through which Richard supported us and helped smooth out the sale. Very positive experience all round and we got several thousand pounds more than we'd been offered as a trade cash buy.

I have to say dealing with Neil Dagliesh was a breath of fresh air and made the whole process easy to deal with and I could tell he got the balance just right for the buyer and the seller and made the process easy and professional just like the old days.

Don’t waste your time with Motorhome Depot.
Very poor experience of Motorhome Depot. Set up is that they are just sub out to local agents who promise the earth but appear to do nothing. Was advised on selling price but said that if not sold in a month he would reduce. Failed to do it as no interest until we chased and never updated Autotrader with new mot details so was showing as out of mot.

Best going to specialist garages or selling privately

Tracy and Neil provided friendly and great service from start to finish of the process. Excellent communication & incredibly helpful. Took the hassle out of doing it ourselves. Highly recommended and thankyou for making the sale and process so easy.

We brought and sold our Benimar 282 with Mike, Mike waa fantastic when we first looked at the motorhome back in 2022 and waa just aa helpful, friendly & enthusiast when we sold it.

We only sold our beautiful Benimar due to lack of use….but when we finally have the much needed time to fully switch off and get out on the road for 6 months of the year…..we will definitely be calling Mike and Motorhome depot.

We recently found our new motorhome at Motorhome Depot, we contacted Mike Smith who was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided us with the information and extra photos and video of the vehicle which was very informative prior to an arranged local viewing.
