Jade couldn't of been more helpful. After being let down by CarWow I contacted motor Moolah and was luckily enough to get Jade.
Nothing was too much trouble and she checked in even after she had a couple of days off.

Great experience 10/10
I had a great experience with this company. They provided excellent service, offered me a good price with no hassle with selling, Ben contacted me within minutes of me receiving my offer as I pointed out i was ready to sell straight awa, He clearly explained the process to me and ensured me I'd have the money right away in my bank on the day of collection, which happened. the guy collecting rang me on the day with a good hour's notice and turned up on time, he like Ben was polite and friendly, the whole process from start to finished was hassle free and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The customer service was awesome, very professional , polite and helpful especially Ben. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 star was because the guys who came to pick up the car on the day of handover weren't has professional as they could been.

Super helpful and helped me in my situation
Having been massively let down by TrustFord, I had been left with the final balloon payment to sort with no time whatsoever to do it in. Luke was amazing, rang me on Friday and car sold on Saturday afternoon to pay the final balance.

bad experience! offered way under the offer price
Home Collection
Offered around 15% under their guaranteed quote due to a slight alloy scuff and minor paint chips, then added more issues to the list. Then tried to threaten me with an aborted charge if I didn't counter their offer. Feels like a scam!
After three hours of going back and forth, we finally agreed on a price, which was initially underpaid, so we had to rectify that as well.

Following the initial online valuation, our collection agent carried out a standard appraisal of the vehicle on arrival. There were further cosmetic damages identified during inspection, which were not noted at the point of valuation. As per our normal procedure, any additional damage does affect the final offer, and this was fully explained at the time.
We would also like to clarify that the discussion around an aborted collection fee was not intended as a threat. This is part of our standard terms and only applies if a collection is cancelled after an agreement has been reached and significant travel has already taken place.
Regarding the payment discrepancy, you are absolutely right — there was a slight underpayment made in error. As soon as this was brought to our attention, the remaining balance was immediately transferred to you. We sincerely apologise for this administrative mistake and any frustration it caused.
We understand that the back-and-forth on the day was frustrating, and for that we are sorry. Our aim is always to provide a fair, transparent service, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both our communication and processes going forward.

The initial process was really easy
The initial process was really easy. I was offered a great price for my car...much better than the other place we've heard of! The guy that phoned me was really helpful and booked in a time for me to drop it down and to complete the checks on the car and the transaction which should take 30-45 minutes....HOWEVER....I got there at the arranged time and despite having everything ready, being there on time and being the first appointment of the day, the whole process took nearly two hours!!! I had arranged a lift so they were waiting over an hour for me and I was late to an appointment.
What I will say is that when they finally sorted themselves out, the process was quick and efficient. Ben was helpful and polite and apologetic for the delay. The car was as described so there was no trying to haggle me down. It's just the delay and lack of communication about it that really annoyed me.
It wouldn't stop me using them again or recommending them, I would just be more aware that it could take much much longe than stated.

Never heard of this company until I did…
Never heard of this company until I did some research last week tbh, but glad I did. Offered a better price than its competitors, customer service was quick and clear (Ben), and collection was also rapid the following day. Driver (Deshane) was excellent - there was some negotiation over the final price for which he had to be the middle man, but I expected that and negotiations were handled with courtesy. Money was then transferred over to me within minutes. Overall, would definitely recommend.
