Best sales and purchasing experience I’ve ever had
Having worked in sales and customer service for over 25 years I can honestly say this was the best buying experience I’ve ever had! Friendly greeting at the door with a few questions about what we were looking for and left alone to look with no pressure whatsoever. Once we had found a car we liked it was a sit down with a cuppa and a chat, I was a little sceptical about PCP as was my wife as we have never bought an almost new car before. Jack was outstanding, explained everything to us and answered all of our concerns. We left with no pressure but with the reassurance that we understood everything and that we were confident this was the best way for us to get a new car. I called when home and put a deposit down on the car we’d seen and picked it up the week after (could have been sooner but this was best for us). What a refreshing experience! I highly recommend and will definitely use again

Don't Waste your time!
I would give zero stars if i could!!
I Booked a time slot today for 11:30 am I arrived at 11:15 am. I was greeted by a smart pleasant young man and asked if he could be of any assistance. I said i booked an appointment to sell my vehicle online and gave him my details. He said that he would contact whom it was that was meant to meet with me.
I sat waiting for someone for 25 Minutes!
I spotted the same chap that tried to help me earlier and asked if there was a problem to which he guided me to the reception and asked where my lead appointment was? The receptionist replied they were very busy. I said but i booked a time slot online? I was informed they had 11 customers to get through. I said this was a complete waste of my time! What was the point of booking a time slot when I had traveled 40 mile round trip to fit it in around my other scheduled appointments. A total including my Travel of 1 hr + 20 minutes of my life I will never get back.
I will never deal with this dealership in the future, and I will loudly speak of my experience.
I took my business elsewhere...
