The guy who i first had contact with was great but when I went to collect the car a few days later he was on holiday and the guy I was dealing with seemed very distant and uninterested. Also the car wasn't as clean as it should have been, i noticed a parking machine ticket in between the hand brake and seat and it was still there after it had been "cleaned" and there was hardly any petrol in it. But so far I'm loving the car.

Kate was excellent throughout the whole process — very professional, helpful and informative.
After taking the vehicle home, I realised it didn’t have the front and rear parking sensors that had been advertised. I emailed Kate, and she immediately passed the issue on to the relevant people to get it rectified.
Although it was a little stressful, as the parking sensors were one of the specific things I had stipulated I wanted in the car, Kate handled everything professionally and made sure the issue was resolved. The parking sensors were subsequently fitted.
I couldn’t fault Kate at all. She was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Efficient service
I had an excellent experience using motor point at Birtley. To be honest I have never purchased a car with such speed and efficiency. All done and dusted in two days! Jordan was great to deal with he was so helpful on my test drive and with sorting out payments and reserving the vehicle. Lee took over and he was such a smashing, helpful guy when I came to pick up my car. Customer service with smiles and absolutely no pressure from anyone to buy. I would most definitely recommend using Motorpoint.
