Would never deal with them again.
Bought a Citreon about 6 months which should have never been sold due to it having a recall to Citreon for air bags over 2 years ago, so obviously moto point haven’t done there work properly.
All this means my insurance was nil & void.

Everything was explained carefully and it was completed quickly and easily, even despite a technical issue on the IT system, all handled excellently by the salesman Ryan Harris, who was very helpful. Not far of 5 stars, needs a better Handover experience
All the team were amazing and the deal was great, just need to work on the handover experience, my car had only the very basic of cleans and even the basic controls weren’t explained.

We recently bought a car from Motorpoint Burnley branch.
Our experience was excellent throughout the whole process. We visited the branch on a number of occasions prior to purchase and all staff were consistently very welcoming, polite and helpful.
We dealt with an advisor named Rob who couldn't do enough for us - he was friendly, courteous and happy to go the extra mile, He was in no way pushy or persuasive, giving us all the time we needed, whilst treating us as individuals and recognising our specific needs. The car we chose was at another branch so we had it brought over to Burnley which was no problem at all. After viewing, we decided the car was perfect and arranged a pick-up date.
However, the day before we were due to collect it, we had a call from Rob who said there was a warning light on the dash which had been dealt with but re-lit. With that, he advised us against it and asked us to return to view other options. Luckily there was the exact model in stock (different colour) which turned out to be perfect.
The whole process from start to finish, whilst taking some time, was very positive with an outcome that we are totally delighted with. Rob stayed with us throughout, helping, advising and keeping us fully informed. He was not happy that we drove away in the first car which had a fault and was totally honest in telling us so - for that we are incredibly grateful. Rob made our entire experience memorable in the best way, he even shared with us the brand of coffee served as it was excellent!
If anyone is considering visiting Burnley branch of Motorpoint, don't hesitate, and whilst all the team there are great, ask for Rob!

Car reservation and then purchase.
I came in and reserved a car. The person we seen was Muhi Rohman he was very informative and patient.
When I went back to see the car I seen Muhi again he arranged a test drive after which I agreed to purchase the car. I found Muhi to be pleasant and polite throughout the procedure.
I then seen Millie to get the car taxed, she took her time explaining everything told me when the car was due a service etc. Millie answered all my questions not rushing me at any time she was like Muhi very pleasant, polite and friendly.

Straight forward review
Im a straight forward person who knows what I want and I got it so all good I bought my car last week saw it the nxt day I picked it up am so happy with it. Only thing I will say is the brews are horrible. The service was brilliant staff very informative about my vehicle. They didnt judge me on my attire which ive had in the past off of different companies so very pleased.

The process to purchase the car was satisfactory as each stage was explained fully & we were able to consider various financing options to suit our circumstances. Courtney promised everything would be ready for the day after when we collected the vehicle including it being taxed. However our appointment was at 14.30 but we weren’t seen until 45 minutes later. The car tax hadn’t been sorted out & we had to wait until someone had gone to the post office to sort arrange that. We were passed to another salesperson to finalise the paperwork but it was all very rushed. The girl did her best & was very professional but had to keep checking what had been done & what needed to be done. We feel that the collection process should have been more organised.
