Online branch(?Derby) Mr Tamber - shocking customer experience - why it takes over 2 weeks to produce a sales invoice is utterly outrageous. Unhelpful, disinterested, dismissive and zero customer skills! Was glad when he went on leave and Lewis Powell took over - we finally got the van we had been trying to purchase for 2 weeks! Overall great but can do better with customer service. Had an issue where my payment was not reflecting on their account and I was passed to so many different people any none of them were actually helping. Overall the derby staff 10/10 with their service. Bailey and Taylor in the derby store were great.
