Very good experience from start to finish. Our salesman Mitch gave us time to look round on our own, then when we were ready to purchase a car was patient and helpful with all our questions. I cannot find any fault whatsoever in our experience.
My only suggestion, which may help other elderly drivers is that the location of the showroom is not a familiar area for me. I would have appreciated if the car could have been delivered at an additional cost if required. This would have enabled me to familiarise and feel confident with all the new features in my own time before going onto main roads.

My wife and I had been recommended to go to Motorpoint by our daughter . We went along and seen a car we liked ,we approached a salesman and had a test drive and duly bought the car . Our salesman was called Reid and was extremely helpful and made the purchase very easy. I’d recommend Motorpoint to anyone else looking for a new car 👌

I recently purchased my new car VW Arteon from Motorpoint and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. A special mention has to go to Jack, my sales advisor, who was absolutely lovely. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had.
The selection of vehicles was fantastic, with plenty of choice and something to suit every budget and preference. The entire buying process was straightforward, efficient, and completely stress-free.

I was kept informed every step of the way, and everything was ready exactly as promised when I collected my car. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority at Motorpoint. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car and excellent customer service. Thank you to Jack and Hannah who did the handover and the whole team for making my car-buying experience such a positive one.

The car handover was completed very efficiently, but at one point during the buying process I almost did not buy due to being pressured to complete the sale.before the end of the month. I wanted to pick the car up on Monday 1st June and the salesman wanted me to complete the process on Sunday 31st May. I still gave a good review because overall I was satisfied.

I got a really good deal from Motorpoint with the car I bought 6 months old and £14,000 less than the new price. They also offered £1500 more for my part exchange vehicle. So starting off I was much better off than what I had been offered at a local Nissan dealer. The staff were very helpful and friendly and Alex in the Glasgow store was super efficient and helpful in sorting out the paperwork and handover. In particular they made sure the car had sufficient charge to get me home 90 miles away. Only fly in the ointment was the main charging cable was missing from the car but I reported this the following day and they are to send one out to me. Overall I highly recommend.
