Motorpoint - Glasgow Reviews 

Just an update on Glasgow Motorpoint. I'm sure they are great if the car works but because my £17000 car broke down after 8 days i rejected it. They are now trying to make up stories that i asked them to fix it and don't want to give back full refund. Basically they're now holding onto my cash from my mobility car as i have chronic lung disease and can't go far without car now. I know now that trading standards is on the case they will likely keep me from my cash as long as they can before court case to try to bully a fix rather than refund but it has to go all the way now. Also these replies to the reviews about giving a number to ring them and how sorry they are seem pointless as they have my number and email so there's no point adding this in here. Same as every other complainant. Fake generic reply. I will now update every week as I've been told they can drag this out for months to try to force you to take car.

I seen a vehicle in Motorpoint website, sent couple chats to see about details, got good information back which eventually led to a telephone conversation with Dani Boyd, which led to me placing deposit and counting down days to collection. Plenty assistance and information then with regards my trade in , on pick up day went smoothly enough , had to go back with paper work couple days later and had couple questions which so far seem to be sorted out . Would definetly recommend Motorpoint , was decent experience well assisted by their staff too .

Overall a good experience with motorpoint, the only point i would make was the hand over with the car that i had bought. Appoinment time went well over and felt that when I was originally seen was over 35mins late . A few things that I asked the young lady who was doing the handover had to go and get clarification. Given time to check the car over prior to completing, pointed out that one of the tyres had been changed to a cheaper tyre . Having looked online I made the assumption the car was coming with the standard continental brand . It was also clear that the tyre pressures had not been checked as the tyre warning light came on whilst driving home .
Having visited several garages prior to visiting motorpoint, I was pleased with the trade in price given for my car. It is likely that I would use motorpoint again .

A smooth experience from start to finish with no pressure. I found a car within my budget and from purchasing my vehicle and collecting it eveything went well thanks to jack who completed the purchase and helped answer any questions asked. I would reccomend motorpoint😊

I was seen very promptly, and the woman who dealt with my enquiry was both professional and human - no b******t, she simply listened to what I said and responded in a straightforward, polite and friendly manner. What started off as a disaster morning, was transformed by her delightful approach to car sales.

Was made to feel very welcome and comfortable from the beginning. Had a nice coffee whilst I waited for Mitch, who helped me through the purchasing process. He was very knowledgeable and everything was very straightforward. Blake was excellent with sorting out my road tax and insurance and any questions I had were answered there and then. Will go back in a few years to do it all again. Highly recommend 👌
