Whole experience painless and seemles- No drama about valuation or tradein-

I recently bought a car from Motorpoint and had an excellent overall experience. The car was moved to Glasgow from another branch (thank you Nick) and Nicole in Glasgow made the testing and buying process really smooth. The car was really well priced, and Motorpoint offered a fair price for my trade-in as well. Thank you Nicole.

Financing was straightforward and easy to navigate without any unnecessary stress. I would definitely recommend Motorpoint for a smooth, fair car-buying experience with great service.

Only point I'd make is for Motorpoint staff to make sure electric cars consistently have a decent amount of charge in their batteries before they are sold (e.g. 50%?).

I didnt see what i wanted in glasgow showroom but went on line to your vast catalogue and was able to get my choice sent up to glasgow within a 3 day period for a charge and it arrived in perfect condition and iam now a proud owner of the car i wanted ,well done to all the staff.

Really pleased with my new Tiguan, excellent service from the team at Glasgow that kept me informed from start to finish

Although the weather ( heavy rain) was against myself and salesman, the whole experience was simple and precise , making the hand over of my car plus receiving new one , painless and enjoyable,

Relaxed experience when choosing a car, also an easy process when picking up your car. Car was in excellent condition, very happy with it. I have went to motorpoint for my cars for the past 12 years and have had great customer service every time.

I ordered the vehicle online from Norwich and I got the car ,on the date you said I would, no drama, drove away and we love the car

After sales in recent purchases of a car has been nothing short of abysmal.
Called day before collection to let me know rear reflector on bumper has cracked and will be replaced.
Told this fixed and ready for collection next again day.
Picked up the car and reflector had a clear bit of tape over it to fix it.
Had to book in to get replaced.once driven the car home also identified the boot shelf was broken, the petrol cap didn’t open.
A return appointment was required to resolve all of these issues.
However also identified the spare key for the car only opens the car but does not start the engine. Been told this is an emergency key to let you enter the car and that’s what came from the seller so nothing else can be done.
This was not as advertised as whilst have 2 keys, only 1 is fully operational which is of no use when car share with partner and pick up and drop off car and need a key each.
Upon checking with the brand (MG) they have confirmed that car (make and model) is sold with 2 fully programmed keys.
I asked for this to be checked when took the car in for repairs, didn’t get an answer on collection but an email next day.
I’ve followed up 4 times over nearly 2 weeks to complain about this to finally get the same response today.
Overall a really poor after sales experience and not one I’d recommend to others or will be using again.
