The staff at this branch were amazing! Supportive, caring and looked after all my needs.. My sales rep Mamnoon was 10/10 supporting me to make the best decision long term.. The rest of the team were approachable and ensured I was always being taken care of! Make sure you check them out!

Scandalous service from manchester.Had a car shipped up from Coventry,finance approved(as usual)2k deposit paid.Was trading present car(from motorpoint manchester)received call to say car was ready for collection from myself.During conversation I explained that my mrs would also be using the car(4 cars in the household,we all use each others)Sales guy then started accusing me of fraud!!Because my mrs would drive it i should have made a joint application!Utter rubbish!The manager also accused me of this so I refused the sale.I phoned black horse to tell them what had been said and I wasn't going through with the sale(conversation with manager is recorded on my phone)Black horse are looking into this matter.My son and daughter have cars from motorpoint(repeat customers)but have said they will not be renewing with motorpoint again.Terrible service from this store,NEVER AGAIN!

No complaints, we’ve got a great car at a good price and a good trade in on the old one. The staff were polite and not in the least bit pushy. I see no reason why we won’t come back to you when we’re ready to make another purchase.

Very helpful, listening to your requirements carefully and making sure that you had a varied choice of vehicles to choose from. Gave all necessary help with the insurance and tax and further queries which required attention. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit ,they made what can be a very stressful experience a very positive one and l am very happy with my new car.
