Damage to paint work, don't notice until I got car home and rain stopped. Returned to motorpoint Swansea and they said to take it up with an mg dealer. Very disappointed.

Straightforward experience.
There was no pressure to buy and the salesman was very helpful.
Paying was quite an issue as not everyone, especially older people, use apps on phones. Many people do not even bank online.
I would recommend you to others.

Apart from the ridiculous hologram rule from black horse which prevented me from having a finance deal and thus prevented me from picking up my car it would have been a five star experience.

Good service as always
This was my 4th purchase from motorpoint Swansea, as always the service was great, the only thing that wasn't great was the car I had picked had to come from a different dealership and hadn't been prepared very well, the car was covered in scratches and was filthy dirty. Once I had made the sales man aware he managed to get it in the workshop where they managed to get most of the scratches out and then cleaned it for me.

good cars and helpfull staff
went to see a car in motorpoint. the staff were helpfull but not pushy, i was left alone to look arround a few cars and start them up. arranged to test drive which was easy. all the cars looked good and i know they check the history but i did a full check anyway. had the car for 3 months now and very pleased.

All staff very friendly, Jack was the member of staff who helped me from first visit to driving away with my new car. The car had to be transferred to Swansea, which was quick and smooth, and within no time had a chance to test drive my car. Customer service was excellent throughout. Its now a week later and I'm extremely happy with my purchase! I would highly recommend Motorpoint!

Failed delivery. No contact.
Paid a deposit on the 16th March for a car to be transport from Swansea to Sheffield with a delivery £149 transport fee for collection on the 25th March. Get a call saying the wad unable to deliver as they didn't charge the car so was unable to put it on the transporter. Then get no other communication called back to chase up get told they would chase up and call back in 15 minutes. Nothing I call them back again to chase them up. And no further information. No deliver date or when I will get the car delivered.
