Ordered and paid for a Nolan X-804RS helmet was supposed to receive it within 3-5 days, after 2 weeks begun inquiry via email, received responses and countless excuses for a month and a half then dropped me and stopped replying and also wont answer any calls on their Perth landline!
Was updated when anything changed in the delivery process
And came in a good time frame, will be ordering again!!!

Customer service was very helpful answering questions.
Product not arrived - tried emailing and calling number provided 18 times no answer to either - no answer to request for refund - I think this is a scam site.

Ordered a rizoma clutch lever,3 weeks later had a email refunding my money with no reason and also stating it could take up to 10 days to be refunded into my bank,after contacting them told rizoma did no have stock.Why is motoverse advetising they stock a lever they dont have and cant get,they still are advetising they have it in stock now,they get to use my money interest free for a month and l guess a lot of other buyers as well.
