Great products, amazing customer support!
I purchased a Limitless 5.0 case for my pixel 8 back in 2024. Generally I was very happy with the look and feel of the case as well as the magsafe feature. However after few years of use, the case became loose and it didn't feel like it would protect my phone if I ever dropped it. I wasn't sure if the warranty was going to cover something like this especially after few years of use but I filled the online help and support form anyway asking for a replacement. It was straight forward, I also recorded and uploaded a short video to demonstrate the issue. I received a reply from the support team over the email on the next day. They sent me a link where I browsed the available cases for my phone, I confirmed which one I want and a few days after that they've shipped the replacement case. Meg from the support team was very polite and had a great can do attitude. The entire exchange was very easy, probably the best customer service experience I've ever had.
I will definitely continue to use the brand.

Bad experience
Bad experience. I’ve used this company multiple times before and it’s always been great. The products are really high quality and if everything goes smoothly I highly recommend
However with my latest order one phone case arrived bent and this is normal according to them. I order two cases just different colours and the other one was perfect
One of the items didn’t arrive to. They replied to my emails within 24hr and now they have stopped responding all together I really hope it gets sorted

I had an issue with an expensive screen…
I had an issue with an expensive screen protector that was very difficult to show on photographic evidence alone. However, I was sent a free replacement, so an excellent result from an excellent company!
Awesome customer experience
I still haven't received the products, so this rating is simply about the customer service.
My country's Tax Authority charged me both customs and VAT fees, although I had already paid VAT when I purchased the products from Mous.
After getting in touch with Mous' customer support, I pretty much immediately received a reimbursement of these extra unexpected costs. Obviously I'm pleased with this outcome and will continue recommending and purcashing their products. Thanks! :)
Excellent Mous customer service
Following my leaving a negative review of the wireless charging stand not saying it requires Mous' power adapter, I was reached out to by Mous customer service and proceeded to have the best customer service experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Mous and hopefully they sort the small issue with the wireless charging stand. The stand itself is of incredible quality and now that I have the power adapter it works brilliantly and I am incredibly happy with it. I cannot sing the praises of the customer service team enough!

Got excited then disappointed…
Got excited that for the first time I am NOT getting a cheep type of cover that will look good and last... same the cover looks so bad after a very short time.. scratches everywhere (i work from home and I look after my case). The most expensive and the list time lasted... disappointed I must say 😒
I got a new cover for £1 see how long i have that for... has to be longer then 2 months 🙏

Best case company - period
I had a fall with my brandnew S26 Ultra on broken pavement, screen down first. Even the Mouse Limitless case couldn't help my screen, but it did protect the phone enough to have repairs to just the screen and the aluminium casing. Without the case it would have been a total loss.
When I complimented Mous Customerservice about this, they send me a new case for free to put on the phone when it was repaired.
Now THAT is customer service!!!
The new case is sleek, slick and will protect my phone again.

Don't believe the hype... 30 cm flat fall, back glass of iPhone shattered
Saw so many ads about how good Mous cases were. Unfortunately i bought the hype. My lovely iPhone 16Pro Max was 'safely' in my Mous phone case when I dropped it (trying to put in my jacket pocket while sitting at kitchen table) about 30 cm and it landed flat on kitchen floor and the back glass shattered. Protection rating - super lame. Very disappointed.

1000% markerting 0% substance
After being bombarded with adverts for this case everywhere, I finally gave in and bought one. Big mistake.
The product is nowhere near the level the marketing suggests. It feels massively overhyped, overpriced, and honestly disappointing. The whole thing gives the impression that far more effort has gone into the advertising than into making a genuinely good case.
For the price, I expected quality. What I got was a lesson in how good marketing can sell a very underwhelming product.
Would not recommend.

Lost the camera button from my 16pro case and contacted the support team to ask if they sold the replacement separately. Even though the answer was no, they were incredibly kind and offered to send me a replacement free of charge. It arrived only 3 days after my enquiry (to Australia).

Great Alarm Clock
Thorough, prompt, and clear customer service. The product is second to none. I read my tablet before I go to bed, occasionally I fall asleep while reading. My alarm clock is my tablet hitting the hardwood floor. Thanks to my Mous protective cover the tablet still looks and works just fine.
