Poor quality item. Cheap fabric. Not as described. No labels in the garment. Return process is painful. Had to beg for a return address which was in China. Cost was prohibitive and they offered a mere 20% refund to get me to go away. The item was £59, not cheap. Do not buy from this 'company'.

Their photo of the most “striking beautiful” satin looking dress, turned out to be a totally different dress make from cheap Polyester with a totally different print.
It was far too big, and it smells of fuel!
Took 4 weeks to come from China & to clear customs.
They refused to fully refund, and will only give store credit! (Which I’ll never use)
10 emails later, I have given up!

Only giving a 1 ⭐ cos i can’t give none! I don’t often buy myself anything but due to a bit of weight loss, I’m feeling good about myself I thought I would buy myself a beautiful wool full length riding coat. I looked around and found a fabulous burgundy coat which had been originally £179, reduced to £94. This seemed like a great bargain but still expensive enough to be good quality. Well! The item that arrived beared no resemblance to the item I was expecting, it was ;Bright Red, no Lining, almost see-through, polyester and probably not even £10 worth of coat! I was absolutely gobsmacked, so I have contacted the company and they have been incredibly unhelpful saying as I’ve changed my mind about the item I’m only due a 50% refund. I am fuming and will be reporting them to trading standards and to my credit card company. Seeing the other reviews about them, now I wish I’d have done that bit of research before I purchased anything from this company. I have taken photos and they seem to think that there’s nothing wrong with the item that they sent me??? Absolutely ridiculous.

Shockingly poor, they play games promising refunds then months later claiming that they have lost all information and therefore asking for the proof of return yet again.
This has been ongoing since October 2025, its now January 2026 and we are back to the beginning regardless of them confiriming a refund in December 2025.
DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POOL, this company should be report to Trading Standards !!!

There should be a no star option as this company doesn’t deserve any. Poor quality, misleading descriptions and shoes that I bought not fit for purpose. Avoid Avoid Avoid, don’t waste your time and money, they’re just playing on people’s good will.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I’m writing this review so others don’t make the same mistake I did. The information on the website is extremely misleading, particularly regarding delivery times and returns. And most importantly the poor quality of the items being sold!

There is no clear communication about delivery delays — my order took over three weeks to arrive, with no updates provided. When I tried to return the item, it took them more than a week to send return information, only for them to then refuse the return, claiming it was outside their 30-day policy.

Their FAQ states they are based in Denmark, and under the returns section it says customers are responsible for return shipping and should contact them for return details. What they fail to disclose is that returns must be sent to China. This information was never made clear at the time of purchase.

I am also confident that when I ordered, the policy stated returns were allowed within 30 days of receiving the item — not 30 days from ordering, as they now claim. During the delay in providing return details, they repeatedly tried to push store credit instead of processing the return, and then used the delay they caused as a reason to deny it altogether.

Overall, this feels deceptive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company!

Awful company do not buy from. Ordered jeans took over 3 weeks arrived after Christmas, far too small even though was meant to be a medium. The jeans had no tag and clearly faulty- have tried to get a refund sent the company photos they have have said they are not faulty. Wasted £35 do not buy from this company 😡

Ordered a Xmas jumper which took weeks and weeks to arrive. When it did (clearly from China not London as name suggests) it was far too small and all labels were in Chinese. Tried to contact to arrange return but no response and when they did it had to be returned to China with me paying the cost which would be £22!! A fraudulent company trying to imply they are in uk but based in China avoid at all costs

Scammers, missed delivery date by a month and website states free uk returns however they now want me to pay overseas return postage. The items are cheap and sent from china, nothing like the photos. Will be contacting bank for chargeback, stay away

Ordered a walking jacket in November as a Christmas present £175 size 3xl it arrived 10th January from China sizing is ridiculous equating to roughly a British M/L asked for refund offered a 10% refund and 50% store credit or for full refund return item to China paying postage and customs costs myself. If I could give this company 0 stars I would have reported company to trading standards I would advise others to do the same

Spent 34 pounds ona jumper. Picture soft and fluffy. Arrived a lot darker. Horrible scratchy material. Very poor quality and unwearable. It also arrived 2 weeks after Xmas so missed xmas deadline. Not fit for wearing as it is. Asked for a refund, they go back and forward. They wanted pics. Which I sent. Where you can see its not the same item advertised. They Still said they won't pay for postage and packing. The item even though it says london. Had international tracking. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. Wish i had read reviews first.

Ordered a top for my son for Christmas only just arrived and the quality is absolutely rubbish. I have never felt such crap. Stay away. They are offering 20% refund and keep the top or send it back at a cost to me which would be at least half again of the top. Fuming doesn't come close. I have been robbed!!

Very very poor quality men’s jacket. Material awful, shoulders huge and wrist openings wouldn’t fit a child. This was very badly styled and of the poorest quality material

No stars. Do not purchase from this website. I ordered a dress, it took ages to arrive and was defective with a far too large bust area. My heart sank when I saw I had to email for “return instructions”. After dutifully sending emails with photos showing it was defective, I was only offered a partial refund and partial store credit or an option to send back to China and pay shipping and customs costs. Completely unreasonable and I have initiated a chargeback via my credit card provider.

Do not use! Bought a Levi’s shirt but wasn’t Levi’s, quality is very lacking, and took nearly three weeks to arrive. Not hopeful of a refund.

Do not trust , same story as eveyone else’s reviews !

Don’t ever use this company total rip off take ur money and issue trash there goods are absolutely disgusting and as for the company don’t know how they get away with it but that’s me never buying from them again and would advise no 1 else to I’ve not seen 1 good review about this so called company STAY AWAY AVOID EVER BUYING FROM THEM

I stupidly did not read the reviews. It says ships in the uk but the delivery time is long. I emailed them to ask them when I expected to receive the item as I had not heard anything for over a week, I then asked them to cancel the order. They said they couldn't then low and behold a shipping notification landed in my inbox. I am now trying to return the items and they will not give me the return details. They are also now saying it is an oversees return address! Complete scam! The items are cheap and nasty and the customer service is even worse
