Mova London 

It is a scam website & unfortunately as other reviewers have advised they do not use European/UK sizing & clothes are not great quality. There site should be taken down immediately. It is impossible to send clothes back or get a refund. Help

I was scammed out of £85 as I had purchased 2 garments.

Tried the phone number and it is not recognised. Goods to ages to arrive.
Finally when it arrived it was diabolical quality. I'd requested a refund before goods arrived and again once delivered. No chance of full refund unless you return the goods to China!
SCAM!

Crooks. I ordered a coat. £60. An entirely different coat arrived, useless cheap thin, fit only for the bin which is where it went. BUT because they offer a potential resolution involving me sending it back to China at my own expense (which nobody is ever going to do) and it is under £100, the usual UK credit card guarantee doesn't apply. They are wholly Chinese which makes them untouchable even though they are in effect defrauding people intentionally. Scam.

If I could give less I would. This is literally a scam. Worse than sheen quality at almost designer prices. My men’s cargos are not even the same fabric or cut as the picture. Literally th only similarity is that they are both black. If only I’d read trustpilot first. What a joke of a company. Charade’s as a British company but it’s based in china. Then to return your terrible purchase you have to cover the cost of sending it back to china directly. No attempt to hide this when it comes to refunds hey. Don’t do it

Company is a complete scam! Supposed to be a UK company but returns are sent back to China, at your own expense! Ordered a jacket at £40, when it arrived the quality was pure rubbish, a nitemare to go through returns process, then it cost £24 to return, should not be allowed to trade.

MOVA LONDON presents itself as a UK or EU‑based fashion company, claiming links to the Netherlands and listing a UK address at Shelton Street, WC2H 9JQ. In reality, the business appears to be operating from China, with customers unaware of this until after purchase.

Customers receive clothing that bears little or no resemblance to the images and quality advertised on the website. When customers attempt to exercise their right to return goods, they are met with the following practices:

Returns are only accepted if goods are shipped back to China at the customer’s expense

Customers are pressured to accept partial refunds (often only around 30%) instead of a return.

The true location of the business and the return requirements are not made clear at the point of sale.

These practices are misleading, unfair, and designed to deter customers from obtaining refunds, leaving many consumers out of pocket and without realistic redress.

This business model appears to deliberately exploit UK consumer protections by:

Misrepresenting the company’s location.
Presenting a UK address that does not reflect the true place of operation. Advertising products inaccurately. Imposing unreasonable and undisclosed barriers to returns.

You have been warned and spread the word that MOVA London is a scam, we cannot let these companies win!

Unfortunately the website is not even worth one star. I ordered a double breasted jacket. The jacket arrived 3 weeks later and I was very disappointed as I could not believe my eyes. It was suppose to be a cream double breasted jacket but looked like a shirt with heavy buttons. To be honest the buttons were heavier than the shirt. It was very thin and had no body to it. I made contact by email with no reply and made a call to their contact, which was not recognised. This was obviously a bogus number just like the site. I have not heard back from the company under the name of Mova. Please don’t waste your time or money on this website.

Awful awful company to deal with . Items arrive looking nothing like website photos. They advertise 30day full refund offer don’t be fooled by that they will offer you 10&20% refund to keep item but when you insist on sending item back for full refund they don’t respond. Quality of clothes is really poor , cheap & nasty . Take my advice do not deal with this company.

Like many others I received an incorrect item and the offer to return to China following a seriess of AI generated communications ( silly me for not tumbling to this scam company sooner) Now accepted their 30% refund offer but expect they have a set of AI responses for this also. Do Trustpilot report these reviews to trading standards

Horrible quality, sizing was completely inaccurate, refuse to allow a return until I've jumped through loads of hoops.

These guys are cowboys - advertise a good looking, quality product and deliver a very, very cheap, badly made, shoddy product.
It was like a ‘fancy dress’ or very cheap imitation of a jacket. STAY AWAY!!

Dress finally arrived. Awful. Nothing like the picture. Supposed to be full skirted and long sleeved. Neither applicable. Clearly made with the least possible and cheapest material available. Avoid like the plague.

Absolute junk. Took ages to arrive. Quality was so poor I was embarrassed for them.
Item was no where like as described, the pictures was clearly enhanced.
Returns policy is a joke. You must return to some backwater in China, pay all the costs including customs and show proof of dispatch/tracking and only use prescribed courier's. Absolute scam. Stay well clear.

The item i bought was nothing like the pictures and was way to small , the coat was of the cheapest material ive ever seen ...had to email and send pictures of the coat...ive sent the coat back to their uk addresss and still havent recived a refund ...avoid this company website at all costs

Horrendous experience! I tried to cancel the order immediately to be told I had not made one and no record of me. When I queried why they had charged me, they suddenly found me assured me I would get a refund as the order had been stopped in time. Days later another email to say too late to stop 11days later after over 20 emails, a grossly over sized, very poor quality cheap tent dress arrived and I still await how to return although already been told I have to cover return costs. I am dealing with my bank to see if they can help at this moment.

No stars, absolut scam. I ordered clothing in November. It never arrived, and they refuse to give me the refund.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS or be prepared to lose money. I have had the same experience as every single other person who is reviewing here. We must put it down to experience and hope that our message gets out there to all other unsuspecting would-be customers.

This really is a scam website , robbed of £63 , could have been a lot worse , DO NOT BUY FROM THSE PEOPLE , they are a Chinese scam web site with extremely poor quality clothing , they do not keep to their returns policy as many have complained about ....keep away !

Please do not use. Items are late as they cone from China. They are also poor imitations of what appears on the Mova London website. You have to return items to China! This is not a UK-based company. Please avoid.

I bought a coat, and took ages to receive. I told them before shipping I want to cancel the order, and the speed up the process after I contacted them. Received the order after 3 weeks. The coat received it does't look like the picture adverted.
I am back and forth with them to arrange a return, they ask for pictures, and keep asking details, and I need to ship it to warehouse, and wait for money to come back. Feel like an endless task, instead of 1 click return option.
DO NOT BUY, is also expensive for a Chinese coat 55£ with low quality, Chinese label inside the coat and funny fit. Still in return process.
