Run as Move for less in Las Vegas is an evil deception company, lies, and places you in living hell!!
SAVE YOURSELF FROM MOVE FOR LESS! It should be called Move for Less but Loose More.
They lost a lot of my things all in different boxes and have offered no explanation for the loss after contacting customer service many, many times. They say my things were not in their warehouse where my things were stored for about 2 months. They say nobody has called from another delivery and have found any of my items with their items. So that left only one explanation OF SOMEONE in their employment stole my items. Be advised do not use this company! Night mare as I lost my not replaceable items. Had to settle for a small amount of money for all my items missing, including a Dyson Stick Vacum.
Move with any company but this one!
My family and I have used this company since we moved to Las Vegas and we have been satisfied customers. However, my last experience with this company was not a good experience. The driver in the moving truck, hit my parked Jeep as he pulled out of the driveway of the house I was moving from, damaging the lift gate I had open as I was loading things in the back of the Jeep. I heard the impact but I did not see it. By the time I made it out the door to see what the sound was the moving truck was at the end of the block and I wasn't sure what caused the sound. I prepared to follow them right away, as I had to be at the first stop, which was the storage facility, to give the movers access. I went to shut the lift gate and it would not close. At that moment I did not realize why the gate would not completely close. I contacted the driver and told him I was having trouble closing the gate and I would meet him at the storage as soon as possible. He did not bother to tell me he hit the gate and that might be why it wouldn't close. I roped the gate down with a telephone cord and did not realize why it would not close until we reached the new house and my son pointed it out to me. the edge of the gate on the right side, driver's side, was caved completely in preventing it from completely closing. I immediately realized what the sound was I heard and I confronted the driver. Of course he says he did not hit the car but the gate is up high, and the way it was caved it shows it was hit by something high off the ground and heavy. I took pictures, contacted the dispatcher, emailed her the pictures, and never heard anything about what happened. I have emailed the contact person and still have not heard from the company regarding the damage to our Jeep. Part of being a good service provider is to take responsibility for wrongs committed against paying customers. The driver knows he damaged our parked Jeep. Ignoring me isn't going to solve anything. I just think this is something that should be known as our Jeep remains damaged and there has been no attempt by this company to resolve this situation.
