Couldn’t ask for better service. Paid the dealer I bought my bike from for delivery and they used Move Motorcycles as their service provider. The dealer estimated that I’d have the bike within 14 days from receiving payment. I got the bike in 4 days! Mike was the driver and he was great to talk to. The van looked sweet and my bike even more so. Highly recommended! 5*!

Purchased bike Tuesday and delivered on Saturday.
The move was seamless with updates along the way. So I was aware when the bike was collected. Stored, in transit and when it was ready for delivery.
I was given the driver’s phone number so I could keep in touch and I was given a thirty minute warning of arrival.
The driver was careful, bike was covered and protected in transport and unloaded carefully.
I was very happy with the process and would be very happy to recommend this service to anyone who needs to transport their bike.

The delivery driver Jason kept me informed at all stages. Very reassuring. Also prompt and professional in every way and a credit to the company.

The only slight issue is you can't choose delivery day. But other than that, once you have delivery confirmation, you can talk to or message the driver and everything is easy.

Move made buying and transporting my motorbike hassle free, first class company 👍

Move text me to let me know my motorcycle had been collected from the seller, I read the instructions sent with the text and understood the process , then I received a call from move to let me know my bike was being delivered the next day and the delivery driver’ s name and number , also given a time for delivery , the next day right on time move was at my address , the guy was great he took great care in transferring my bike from the van using the built in ramp , great service , brilliant .
