I visited the website and filled out the form with all the required information for my Moto G Pure which was locked and had not fulfilled the requirements by the network to be unlocked untomatically.

I then received a quote via email that stated it would take 15-21 days and the price. I was happy with it and proceeded to make the payment. There was an email to confirm and a link to check on the status of my order. After a week and a half, I began to worry if this service may have been a scam as I didn't receive any information and the link to the status page did not update. However, not to worry after about 17 days, I received the unlock email with the instruction on how to unlock my phone. It was extremely easy to follow and now my phone is unlocked.

I am very happy with this service and highly recommend using it if you want your phone unlocked.

My order is pending after 24 hours and their website says it takes from 3 to 12 hours to complete.

Although the code wasn't delivered within the timeframe (1 - 6 hrs) upon payment, they did communicate that they were experiencing a delay in IMEI verification however, upon receipt of the code it did work and the phone is now unlocked.

I bought a phone from OfferUp and was unable to use it, I used this service and now I am able to use this anywhere!

This service was easy to use, accurate and professional. They delivered exactly what they promised.

Movical took my money for an Iphone XS Max unlock and sent me an e-mail 24 hours later saying they can't unlock it because it's lost, stolen or has unpaid bills. I've owned the device for 3 years now and I've verified at 2 apple stores and through 5-6 imei checking services online that this is not the case. I know it isn't because someone I know purchased the device directly from Sprint.

They then deducted a big percentage of what I paid for the unlock to perform their 'check' of this entirely FALSE information.

You will see that there is nothing of this sort associated with the IMEI and be able to see the service/SCAM you can expect from this company

If you are reading this review because you are unsure whether to use their services, let me tell you do not use this company under any circumstance.

Bad service. Ignored for days. Technician connects and does nothing. Disappears for hours. Tells me it's difficult to work with me because he speaks Spanish. When I tell him I speak Spanish, and we switch to Spanish nothing changes and the work still doesn't happen. I ask for a refund and am told by Movical to speak technician again. He tries again after days pass and fails again. I ask for a refund for weeks and am ignored by Movical.

Movical you know this is beyond poor.

I paid €30 to unlock Samsung A41 phone they sent me an app and instructions how to do it however the app is not working.
Asked for refund but never replied.
Now I'm down €30 call it whatever you want.

Placed an order 10/1/2021. As of today, 10/11/2021, not unlocked. Cannot get a reply from the technician or anything other than a automated reply from the website. I was scammed out of $57.95.....

Stay far away from this website

The technician was very professional. My phone was really unlocked, though it tooks a couple of hours. If you want to unlock your phone, you can definitely trust Movical and it will be finally resolved.

Do not use Movical for phone unlocking. I followed their procedures to unlock my Samsung mobile and ran their application on my PC. I immediately got a Severe virus warning from Microsoft Defender and their application was shut down. I wrote to Movical who suggested the solution was "Try another PC". The stupidity of the suggestion is breathtaking. Am currently trying to recover my $30.95 USD fee.

After trying to unlock my Samsung Galaxy A51 phone for over a year without success spending a lot of money that was not able to be refunded, using other methods and codes through other sources, I finally gave Movical a try. Worked first try without a hitch. Would definitely recommend it.

This review is based on my own personal experience with Movical. They got the highest marks possible for good reason. So these are the facts:

1) Needed to unlock a SAMSUNG A50. I went to the site and, due to my mistake, ordered a service that was incompatible.

2) The day after - I received unlock instruction based on the wrong configuration. I contacted Movical and was assured that if I purchase the right service I shall be refunded my former payment.

3) I must admit - I had my doubts. However I was pressed in time and therefore ordered the correct service through Movical's site. It took about 20 minutes or so for a new unlock mail to arrive followed shortly by a full refund of my former payment.

4) The unlock procedure worked perfectly and the phone is now unlocked and working.

5) During the entire procedure described above - I was in touch with Movical support frequently. They were patient and responsive. I got great service and professional support even though I made a mistake at first and for that - hats off !

6) Another word about the charges - the service I used costs around $44. It may seem expensive...However, if you check the charges collected by the server app itself you find it is 1$ for each server credit. My phone "costs" 24 credits so that is $24 that are payed to the server. Thus the price charged by Movical is more than fair especially since the phone is permanently unlocked.

I am unsure about other experiences. Nor can I speak for anyone but myself - but I will most definitely visit again should I need professional unlock service.
