Of course, we’re sorry to hear that you experienced issues with our matcha. However, as you mentioned, your clients initially enjoyed the taste — so it’s a bit surprising that they changed their minds afterward.
It’s also worth noting that matcha originally comes from China. While the Japanese variety is more widely recognized today, China still produces excellent matcha — and the one we offer is a great example. Many of our customers are very happy with both the taste and the quality.
