Got what I wanted at the price I wanted

My experience was exceptional, so much so I got my wife to change as well. Unfortunately this is where it all went wrong. My wife needed a new phone and had her heart set on the flip 7 in blue. She ordered it and paid cash for the phone and a pay upfront sim. We ordered it on Friday and expected to get a dispatch email by Tuesday which came and went with no contact. Wednesday morning I phoned to be told we would get an email that afternoon. Got the email which told us the phone was not available, weird as it was still on the Mozillion website even now. We got an email stating the refund amount and when we would get it. We have only received a partial refund and have had to contact them again to ensure we receive the balance. Obviously as I write this we feel that the service provided has fallen short, Mozillion really need to get their communication up to scratch and make sure that the amounts quoted are the amount refunded.

Ok, so as a company, they are great when everything is working fine. However, as an example, they altered my phone data from unlimited to 100gb. And the only way I found out was a text message that I had reached this limit and then the data cut off. That was Friday last 01/05/26. Emails back and forth on Saturday, and was told it needed to go to tech to investigate. The person who advised this wasn't going to be back till Wednesday. (Found this out later). Even after advising it was urgent and needed to be sorted, no-one else was asked to keep an eye on it.
Many calls later, excuse after excuse, manager always busy and in meetings (can only assume actually chained to a desk with handcuffs and gag), has never even called or emailed regarding this, despite being advised by the customer service team, that this had been escalated twice to both the tech and the manager.
1 week later and still nothing, they haven't bothered to email, or call. I have had to chase them every time. And now the weekend, so another 2 more days before anyone will be bothered to look. Again they assured that the manager would be advised.

So, in essence, join them if you wish, and if you have absolutely no issues, you probably won't even notice how bad this side of their business is, but be forewarned, that if you do, you will not have anything done about it, they might throw a partial monthly refund at you, but that still doesn't rectify the issue.
You will not be contacted by email or phone, and you will spend a great deal of time talking to people who do not want to talk about it, or deal with it.

Still waiting for the SIM cards. Ordered Sunday. It's now Friday night. Have messaged and just got will send some more. Unsure when they are coming. So far not great. They came on saturday morning but didn't work. Emailed to enable them but no reply. Managed to get a phone number for them on Sunday dinner time. Chap was very helpful and now sorted.

So far it's been good experience 2 months in .I have paid for 24 month plan and has been pain less . Used it in Spain and roaming was excellent. Cheap plans and excellent coverage

Very complicated placing an order, then having to go to another site to set up the direct debit with another company providing the credit. They didn’t have the phone in the colour I wanted and so far I can’t see how much data I am using as I can’t find the information.

Normally don't do reviews but the service from Mazillion has been so good I feel I've got to praise their performance.
Although not a costly cancellation of a travel Sim the contact with Service people, the notification of actions & actual cancellation were dealt with with friendly efficiency. Keep it up.
