Misleading Advertising, Terrible Quality and a Complete Waste of Money
I had originally decided not to waste my time writing a review. Then their advertising appeared in my feed again, and all my anger came flooding back.
Of course, part of the blame is mine. How could I have believed those attractive photographs, the original and apparently well-executed cuts, and the supposedly distinctive, carefully selected fabrics?
My first doubts arose when I discovered that what presents itself as an English tailoring brand is, in reality, supplied by a factory in China. Leaving aside the excessively long delivery time, the customs documents made me realise just how badly I had been misled.
The €150 grey linen suit I had ordered for a wedding was described on the shipping declaration as a garment made from 100% viscose.
From that moment on, my expectations were already very low. But when the suit finally arrived, rolled up inside a plastic package like some bundle from a narcos shipment lost at sea—and I am honestly not exaggerating—the result was horrifying.
The cut was awful and almost ridiculous. The fabric looked and felt terrible. There was also a difference of roughly four sizes between the trousers and the jacket.
In my experience, this was nothing short of a scam. I strongly recommend avoiding this brand altogether.

I thought a medium size would fit as to the dimensions. It was way to small. I need a large. The exchange process is painful. I was offered the following:
A. Partial Compensation Keep the jacket and receive a 10% compensation on your order value. $0
B. Special Size Exchange We will send you the same jacket in size Large as a one-time exchange. Shipping fee for the new item applies
We highly recommend Option B, as it allows you to receive the correct size without the hassle of returning the original item. If you prefer Option A, you may keep the jacket and still receive a gesture of goodwill. I choose B. The reply was: The fee is $65us, which covers the shipping and handling for the new dispatch. I told them to forget it. Trying to sell it on market place.

I purchased 3 suits at once. BIG BIIIIIG MISTAKE. The fit is atrocious, the sizes are inconsistent across each suit. The build is so bad that it's not even worth paying for tailoring. The fabric is very poor quality in both look and feel. I have to blame myself though because I knew the price was too good to be true, but I was enticed by the beauty and creativity of the photos in their advertisement. Trust me, don't waste your time or your money. You'll only feel regretful like me.

The Best Company for athletic built men!
First off I would like to say the Jacket that I ordered from them fit perfectly!! I worn the Jacket to a very High class event called Zoobilation this Summer. The amount of compliments I received was insane! Both men and women kept asking me what brand was this Jacket, who’s my tailor, etc… the designs are very unique and 1st class along with the quality. Lastly I would like to say that they have amazing customer service options to operate from another country. I order another jacket that didn’t fit me just right. I ask them if I could return it for a larger size, they promptly emailed me back offering to replace it for free while also keeping the smaller jacket. All I had to pay for was for shipping cost. I love this company and will only by my Jackets from them.

Good Customer Service & Great Quality Clothes
The customer service I experienced with this company is extremely good. At first I was a little surprised when I contacted them regarding exchanging two items of clothing due to sizing issues. When they got back to me regarding their process and costs, I was shocked because this wasn’t relayed in their T&C’s. I raised this with the customer service officer who was assisting me and explained that was somewhat disappointing. They came back with a better offer and agreed to resent the correct sizes. In the end, I found their customer service was excellent and the quality of their clothes are excellent. Will definitely buy from them again.

They do not ship items on time; they put one order in two packages - one took 19 days and the other 41 days to be delivered. When chasing with their customer service, it seems they use an AI tool to respond with very faint responses and no proper updates.
I then had to return the items to which they tried to charge me shipping and international tax which were from the offset. They stalled me returning by begging me to keep the items; very unprofessional.

Beware of Mrbuerly mens clothes
On June 24 a blue double breasted pinstripe suit was delivered to my home. When i saw the fabric i was appalled and angry. It was felt material polyester of the lowest kind. I immediately reached to them. Sent them a pic of what look like. And in short it was a farce. This tactic of showing on a ad and seeing and in person is something theyre using to fleece the consumer of the high return. Because they are still making money...the material was one i could not wear nor give to a friend. It was visibly poor quality fabric. If i had the financial means i would have gotten an attorney to handle it. Beware looks are definitely decieving. Buying clothes on line is big for the merchants. They are clever and deceptive when pitching something that is blantanly wrong. And they are getting away with. I will never buy anything from them. Especially when its coming from china..
