Ordered a sport coat in mens Xl. When it arrived it wouldn’t fit an 11yr old boy. Contacted the customer service about returning and was told it would cost 💲 80 to send it back to China. They suggested I keep it and exchange it for a larger size and only pay shipping. The shipping charge is $60. Insane. I get emails from them daily about there policies and want to make it right for me. Total scam and bullshit. I have contacted my cc company to dispute. Don’t waste your time or money with this company

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. If I could give a zero out of five I would! By far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. The jacket that arrived didn’t resemble the highly edited AI version of the jacket on their website, in any way. Very, very poor quality, badly made and with detailing literally falling apart and cheap plastic buttons hanging on a thread. The sort of garment that you’d find in a cheap fancy dress hire shop that you’d wear at a party for a joke. Most certainly NOT the well crafted designer jacket advertised. This company are SCAMMERS by any other name. Over 20 emails to them and all I got in return was denial, ignorance and no accountability or acceptance of any blame whatsoever. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE BRAND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

THEY ARE CHEAP, TERRIBLE QUALITY, AND I ALSO SENT YOU PHOTOS OF THE BAD WORKMANSHIP AND THE DAMAGE TO THE ITEM ON RECEIPT.

The idea of "buy-more, save-more" on the check-out process is quite naughty, but it enabled me to find a 'luverly' pair of shoes...!!!
All of this is written after buying, but the quality is to be 'the proof of the pudding'... 🕐

Do not buy from this company.I wish I'd done a thorough review before I w spent over three hundred dollars on it.I ordered two jackets and one suit.One jacket and one suit matched the pictures on the website.Although they're poor quality and fit kind of snug. Furthermore, these jackets arrive so wrinkled that you're gonna have to spend money to get them dry cleaned, They say to wash and hang dry, and that does nothing to get the wrinkles out.
The second jacket is where The Troubles really began. I ordered a greenish style jacket and got a butt Ugly brown one that looked nothing like the what I ordered when I complained. They said that the pictures on the website don't always match. That's weird because the other two match perfectly. And don't think about returning it because you can't pay the shipping cost. To Hong Kong is astronomical, so that doesn't work. Then, they offered me a $5 Credit, Well that was an insult. I told them, then they offered 6.
I said that was another insult, then they offered me 15 and said, you can keep the jacket.
I didn't want the jacket, as it's so ugly, I will never wear it anywhere.
What a joke this company is ! So stay away.

First time buyer, style and material look great, I hope the fit is good.

As prior, the experience was easy and good.

Site easy to navigate, what is needed is a search bar to type in what a customer may be interested in specifically.

I would not recommend buying from this company. I purchased two suits, and they were the poorest-quality suits I have ever bought. The workmanship was substandard, with noticeable defects and poor finishing.

When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and did not provide a satisfactory solution. Despite the issues with the products, I was unable to return the items on reasonable terms. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not purchase from them again.
