fantastic service as described people that dont have a clue what they need leave bad reviews clearly they shouldnt be allowed to review their own errors

MRCARBONBRUSH should have a zero star rating ,,I placed an order over six weeks ago and never received it ,I contacted them to ask if my order had been sent I even asked if they could send a preplacement and if I received the first order I would post it back ,,,seems like that hit a wall as there was no reply to my request ,,if anyone orders from this firm do so at your own risk ..I have never been ripped of before on online orders so good luck to all you people that have money to burn because that's what you will be doing ..I feel I have to write this review as to just let people know to take care and don,t waste your money on the chance you might be the lucky one ?..

what can i say i have read the reviews and can only agree with them it would seem people are being deceived into a false promise of a product that does not exist.When trying to contact the company either by email or the telephone numbers that were given had no response including emails.It would seem after checking with company's house the company has been dissolved should not be trading?With so many complaints i feel the company should be investigated and i for one will asking trading standards for their opinion.I placed my order in good faith paying a good deal more than the equivalent from other sources much cheaper because i thought they sold quality products.

bought brushes for makita impact driver,could have got couple quid cheaper from china but over a week delivery,had these in 2 days.fit and work as they should.speak as i find,would use again.if you want to pay bugger all then order from china.

Don't trust this fraudulent seller. All the brushes he sells are exactly the same, even though they are sold as model specific.

I needed a set of brushes as an exact for for a couple of different model breakers. I had seen cheaper ones in eBay but decided to pay 4 times the price with this sheister.

Well, when the brushes arrived I found they didn't fit, not even a little bit out, like 4mm out on one dimension.

After several unanswered emails I had to get PayPal involved. I then received the following response from the proprietor. Please note, the following text contains abusive expletives which I have edited out.....

TTB279SDS ARE 12.4MM WIDE AND THATS WHAT i SENT YOU IT IS B!LLSH!T TO SAY YOU DDNT TRY FOR THAT CRAP REASON YOUR A LIAR AND IF ANYTHING THE OTHERS WHERE HALF A MM TOO WIDE AND A CARBON IS LIKE CHALK A RUB ON A WALL ON A SIDE WOULD HAVE MADE THEM FIT YOU SOUND LIKE AN UNINTELIGENT MORON AND I DONT BUY THE CRAP YOU RATHER WASTE HOURS GOING FOR A NEW DRILL OR IF SO YOU ARE A COMPLETE F**CKING !D!OT RETURN THE BRIUSHES OR YOU WILL GET F! *K ALL BACK

That's what to expect when you have a problem with this person's trashy brushes.

There's no way I was prepared to have to remove any material from the brushes. After all, that's what I'd paid the extra money!

All this from a person that can't even spell or conduct themselves in a professional manner.

This person also sells on eBay so watch out!

sent wrong brushes. Communicated at first but now he doesnt answer or send the correct ones. AVOIDD! waste of time and money!!

Wrong carbon brushes sent. No response from my communications. Currently attempting to get money back through paypal.

I ordered brushes for my electric chainsaw, parts I received were substandard and not fit for purpose. They fell apart. Emailed seller and this was his reply: "the carbon transfer watts through wires and spring be a man put it in and enjoy the ride".

I would avoid this company at all costs. Will not use again. I see from the reviews here that the only good review was posted by the owner.

I subsequently ordered the same parts from another company with no issues (Solent Tools).

Took my money saying that the brushes had been dispatched, they never arrived and I got no response to any communication. I opened a dispute through Paypal, no response to that either. Paypal refunded my money, it appears that this company is no longer trading but still taking your money. AVOID.
