Purchase a Grid for my sink with this…

Purchase a Grid for my sink with this company, waited 4 months for item to become available, Provided full serial number of my sink when I first call 4 months ago (07/2021 was instructed to keep calling and to provide only the last 4 of the serial, Finally the grid was available December 2021 order the item and the item was sent incorrectly for another Grid, company now want to charge me a 20% restocking fee plus I have to pay for the delivery back to Mr. Direct.
This company does not provide customer service and will not help with a resolution. Please stay away from this company if you dont want to have a nighmare.
Hope they read this rating and act accordingly to resolve my issue.
