they are good at communication. okay for basic things like gardening, etc. They don't have experts. had to call CE repair after their expert failed to do anything and still charged. Similar experience with 3 other "experts" provided by MrFix. Avoid, avoid, avoid. really bad except at communication and taking monies

Terrible communication. Did not complete the job as per our initial request. Refusal to take responsibility for damages caused even though photo evidence was provided

Was good and efficient when on site. Communication could have been better when the first date had to be cancelled last minute did not hear anything about a reschedule for almost 24 hours

Mr Fix coordinated date and time in less than a day. Then, the electrician, Ali, was excellent on his job. He's also so professional and respectful. I highly recommend them!

This isn’t the first time I have used MrFixIt and nor will it be my last! They make sorting out a renovation project no matter what it is so much easier then if you had to find people yourself. They organise the right person for the job, remain in contact with you to make sure everything goes smoothly. Thank you once again

unfortunately, they provide unqualified workers (i cannot even call them "specialists", just "workers")! so, waste of my time and money

Top quality, rapid service in less than 24h

Horrible service. Completely incompetent people who are charging you 75 euros an hour. Not solving the problem, blaming you and still charge you for 2.5 hours of full service.

Contractor not responding, contractor not coming during appointment and not responding on the phone, contractor breaking roof tiles in my apartment during inspection, moderator not responding. Horrible experience.

Edwin was very helpful and professional, he was also really polite and got the job done quickly. A great service, quick and easy to use and communication could not have been any better. We could not have fixed our old leaking tap without them! It was all resolved within less than 24 hours of contacting them.

We will be recommending the service to everyone.

Incredibly bad experience, do not use MrFix! Hired a plumber via MrFix who wanted to rip me off -- charged for many hours to unclog my pipe but claimed to not be able to "solve" the problem and sent me a quote for >EUR 4,000 to open the floor and replace the pipe. Asked another plumber not via MrFix who solved the problem in 2 hrs. MrFix did not accept my decision to not pay the original fraudulent plumber hired via MrFix. No customer protection and no service/support from MrFix. Stay away!

Mr. Fix helped me find a plumber easily and in a short time.

The contactor proposed a date, and I agreed. They then just did not show up and did not answer any messages. The following day, the contractor writes to set a new date, pretending nothing happened. It's totally normal to ghost people for them, it seems.

They only fixed some of the things because extra material was needed for the rest of the work. But of course it was not possible to get materials because they decided to come after 18 when everything was closed.

The support person was rude and impossible to reason with, not taking any action other than trying to convince me that it's totally normal to work this way.

Would recommend to stay away from this company.

My experience with Mrfix was extremely disappointing.

After having a call with their team, we agreed that they would help me sew my damaged couch, even though it would not be the most aesthetically pleasing option. I received a written e-mail confirmation that their expert was able to do the job at a rate of €95 per man hour, with an estimated 1-2 hours. I of course sent them pictures of the couch and the link to the website from which it was purchased prior to the meeting.

On the day of the appointment, the expert arrived 1h30 late, at a time where we were no longer available (working from home but with important meetings). In addition, the expert came unprepared as the colors brought were not matching the colors of our couch at all (purple fabric for a green couch). The expert then refused to perform the service. The expert was here for a total of 10 minutes, and left the couch completely untouched.

I am now requested to pay €97 for this (lack of) service. After seeking a compromise with the team, they replied with a lie, stating that ‘the expert was very clear about this job and that it would be impossible to fix the hole in an aesthetically acceptable way’. Even though there is written and oral agreement that the couch would be sewed.

I do not recommend this service at all.

Highly recommended. The installer did a great job. He was precise and cleaned afterwards. Also the hiring process was smooth
