I tried opening acount didn't work so live chat got me sorted i deposited multiple times played i got 60 up so 260 in acount the closed my acount and my funds been in processing over 2 weeks no one reply to emails live chat just leis av been told 48 hours twice been told its aproved then been told it needs second approval it changes everytime you message the last time I messaged said its not been processed yet no one has a clue

i'm disgusting and need instant assistance, my account is awaiting verification with £120 in it but when i go to upload a document my account gets frozen??? how do i upload it, i'm disgusted to say the least...

They are cons and do not give any monies to them. I am going to the betting ombudsman and tell them you are not interested in people just take money and run. You are going to be closed down and I made the mistake of thinking you were a reputable company but oh no. See you in court.

What an absolute disaster of a site .. I have made countless deposits over the past year of having my account open with mr green and never once have they asked me for identification or anything to confirm who I am or my bank or anything like that but now all of a sudden as soon as I want to make a tiny withdrawal they are asking me for everything possible to make the withdrawal process take 5 days longer than it should do I have sent my bank statements 3 times and my photo iD 2 times just today and still they are asking me for them , nothing I do is good enough for them but the main thing that has really annoyed me is how they can take so much money off me over the past year and never ask for my documents but as soon as I win anything and make a withdrawal they are doing everything they can to stop it from happening . Fortunate enough to be very lucky and win. Plenty of money via this site however, charging a fee to make a withdrawal, No matter the size is criminal.

Mr Green used to be a very good online site. During the last months you simply cannot win! No matter how many times I play I cannot win in any of the slots that used to be profitable. I do not know what happened but it not anymore fair or fun to play.

After winning a small sum of money, my withdrawals were put on hold, Okay I expect that. They requested ID, PA and an expired card I still have a photo of. So I sent that along with my new card since I thought it would help me in the future.

I get a message back, ID not accepted, doesn't show all 4 corners.. erm yes it does. I've verified many accounts with this same photo.

PA not accepted, it doesn't show the bank logo. So I explained I am paperless since we're an online and mobile world. It shows my name, address and date as per their request. Accused me of sending a fake document. Great! way to treat your customers!

Day later sent me another email requesting a photo of my new card (which I've already sent)

Difficult site to communicate with, I've had to request a paper statement to be sent to my address just so I can send them a photo of it.

I have moved to PlanOff to do better things and where I can withdraw whatever i make easily.

The fees we impose on withdrawal represent a reasonable estimate of the costs incurred by the Gaming Operator in processing that withdrawal to you.
6.3.1 Each withdrawal made will incur the below fees.
● Up to 100 EUR/USD/GBP/CAD withdrawal - 1 EUR/USD/GBP/CAD fee
● Over 100 EUR/USD/GBP/CAD withdrawal – 1.5% fee

"Ok customer service, I obviously missed that. Please close my account with immediate effect"

Please be advised that there are there are two ways to close the account:
Time out - Temporary time out set on the account between 1-42 days. The account will be re-opened automatically.
Temporary block - The account will remain closed until the customer contacts us and wishes to re-open the account.

I requested to be passed a supervisor who closed my account after being set straight on a few things. Absolute disgrace they think they just say no, the law doesn't apply to them, and that's all fine. Run like hell away from this shower.
