Worst online casino in the world.. Might aswell just throw your money in the trashbin, cause you wont win anything at this crappy site, 150$ used to spin around 600 times, and 99% of them was just deadspins, didnt even make a reaction in the basegames. 100% scamsite

If I could give 0 stars I would signed up for them to then block my account telling me to contact customer service iv contacted them around 40 times and they give the same excuse telling me the payment team was sorting my payment out to check my email still no email and 5 days later nothing just spoken to them again more lies till me it’s at its final stage stay away from this company iv contacted my bank about the scammers!! I’ll not be getting my money from these guys but hopefully my bank will help me with the scammers!! Stay well away

Worst ever casino, and just forget if they owe you refund. They don’t look into your mental health or state, I urge the appropriate authorities to investigate this scam company. Put me in hell waiting for my refund , and still waiting with no form of communication, and the live chat playing with my emotions, given me different answers every single day .

Signed up for the first time last night deposited a fear bit didn't win much but its the luck of the game that's why it's called gamble... BUT when you go back on put you in bonuses BUT doesn't pay out anything one of the worst sites I have been on by far

I deposited £20 into my account and was going to use that to mess around on some slots or something. As soon as the money left my bank, I got kicked out of my Mr Green account. When I tried to log in it said my account was locked and needed some verification and to contact support.

I did contact support and was told I just need to send a picture of my drivers license and a bank statement as proof of address. I sent this to them and was told it can be up to 24 hours. Annoying but oh well.

Received an email the next day wanting more personal details. They wanted a picture of my face and my drivers license next to it and more forms of proof of address. I didn’t have anything else I could send as proof. After speaking to customer services they said I cannot log back into my account until I send them all this extra information. I asked to refund the £20 I deposited and they said they will not refund me until I send a picture of myself next to my drivers license and another proof of address.

I just want to add, my address matches from drivers license and bank statement with the exact same name and all within date so there was no issues with my credentials.

I have emailed the complaints team and we’ll see what happens from here

Fake positive reviews from a company that keeps lining government pockets to keep ripping its customers off ain't no way that it's just full of dead spins every time you play with out some sort of backdoor algorithm or slot manipulation going on in background

After winning over 2k I am ecstatic, but reviews below tell me i should be worried, however this is my personal experience with Mr Green.

Absolute scam. I won €90000 with this casino and they point blank refused to pay me my money, I sent all the documents they required and received nothing for over 6 weeks. Anyway in the end temptation was to much and I gambled most of it back (which is exactly what they wanted) and the rest of the money which I deposited of €14000 euros I had become so desperate that I was crying on the phone and then all of a sudden it was paid back but I believe I never would have received the big win in my account. It’s an absolute SCAM avoid at all costs

Thought I try a new casino,after I deposit 20 euro I win 248 euro when I went to withdraw they blocked my account I was locked out for nearly 2 weeks before I finally got back in and after chatting with them trying to get my account open they wanted selfies of my face next to my bank card multiple documents etc even though when I signed up I gave the info they needed,I told them in chat I was screen shotting all the messages and posting them online then also will not be using Mr green ever again and go back to my trusted Paddy powers that I been using for years it's a terrible site to use and I can't believe they even have adverts on TV promoting their website,will never use this site again and I would advise that anyone reading this doesn't use it either,I'm not surprised they got bad feedback.

AVOID AVOID AVOID , This casino in 29/9 allow me to deposit 1500£ , while i was playing after few minutes they logged me out and locked my account for no reason , i contacted them everyday for 30 days with no updates, the live chat service is useless and not helpful and keep saying there is no update for 30 days !!!!! Imagine few seconds they allow you to deposit and i did 1500£ , few minutes later they locked your account with no reason no update , and they take your deposit money !!! Your rights by law should have them back !!!! Today is the 16th days with NO update NO refund NOTHING AT ALL

When I wanted to make a claim of 140 usd that I won, they asked me to verify my account with ID and a confirmation of my address. After doing that it took them almost 2 weeks to say that the documents where insufficient. I had to contact them on email to know why. There they said I had to also send them my bank account statements. That was not communicated on their website. I sent them everything on the 9th of september, they confirmed that everything was now sufficient and that it was only gonna take 3-5 days. It has now gone 1 month, and I have still not received my money. I urge you guys to not make any bets on MrGreen, they will 100% screw you over.

If I could give 0 stars I would singed up no trouble at all actually won 5000 euros withdrew was pending for about 6 hours then when went to check on progress account was blocked after sending all relavent documents and being told they were accepted and good enough still waiting now I would definitely avoid this site they are useless no customer service what so ever only live chat and email that they don't reply to and when. Because i recently had written a bad review on here. They have automatically stated that i myself 'Self Excluded' myself from Mr Green and all other betting sites. ie William Hill etc. Another lie!!! They just did it,to get back at me,from writing a negative review! They need to grow up & face the music & to face up to the fact there Mr Green Casino is Sh*te!

I have really bad experiences with mrgreen casino. When I tried to withdraw my money, it never arrived in my bank account. I contacted customer service four times and each time I heard a different explanation. We have a backlog, I made a ticket with high priority and so on. I never got my money. don't make the same mistake with mrgreen as I did. avoid this site. Date of experience: July 27, 2023 Now, 26th of August still no joy :(

Should be ZERO stars. They have no problem taking your money instantly but when it comes to withdrawing or refunding, they mess you about for weeks on end. You can't even call, you have to go through their live chat who are also unhelpful telling you to wait for an email from them which never comes. I was told the matter was escalated to their payments team and it's been weeks, blanked, nothing. They are owned by the same company that owns WIlliam Hill etc, 888poker, Holdings. Just google how many systematic failings and corruption they have. Been fined so many times, on top of legal case from customer on top of legal case. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.

Stay far away I'd give no stars if i could all. Site gave me free spins to use on a game i used them and the told me to wager my winnings 35x the amount i had won. I have had my account for just over 2 years now, I have deposited hundreds in that time as expected, each deposit has been £10 @ a time, and to this day my account balance has never been greater than £10 🤣🤣🤣 I'll let you make your own mind up though good luck lol
