It was a good casino at the beginning, been playing here for the past 6 months and as of now im -80% from all the bets made. These last 2 months was an unlucky streak, had a big win 4 months ago, but after that nothing.

Game selection is mediocre, nothing special. Website loads ok, with occasional errors. Withdraw time is also pretty quick. Can't say anything bad from chat support, never had problems there. A plus from me because of responsible gambling limits implemented here.

I've used multiple sites and never had issues I have been using Mr green 10 weeks and have experienced a lot of issues even with unauthorised deposits on my card I did not recognise or make from mrgreen some of which were automatically refunded, and some withdrawals were successful but for the majority of big wins or withdrawals I have had issues..

but my main issue is I won €1280 euro in roulette and the game experienced technical difficulties so I didn't even realise i had won when play resumed but i saw 8 (500x) had hit during laggy lobby , it was in my history, i contacted support who eventually said they would pay and didn't, i also made a withdrawal and it never arrived into my bank.

Still hoping they can resolve my dispute with roulette and pay me my winnings.

Absolutely the worst gambling site . Deposited money then they blocked my account. Because I had an account with William Hill!!! Robbing parasites. Noticed how I could log on and deposit money before I got blocked .. it clearly looks like I'm not the only person it's happening to either .. if only I'd of read these reviews sooner

Believe me when i say this site is rigged. I put in £150 played on 50p stake and literally didnt win a single thing. I even asked how have i deposited so much money and not even received a bonus and the response was “Due to marketing they are currently not offering promotions at this time”. So willing to take your money yet not give anything back to people. I blocked my account with them as they do not deserve my hard earned money , i wouldnt give them yours either!

They took my money hostage after I won and tried to make me jump through hoops, $280 that is rightfully mine is being held up

Avoid these scammers like the plague. They pay to advertise 100 free spins on other websites, then refuse to honour them, saying they don't have any current offers. Then they close your account if you try to discuss it with them. Absolute scum.

Avoid this company if you ever expect to get a payout. They are very happy to take your money but don't like giving it back. I spent over 6 weeks constantly contacting them on live chat, sending documents etc. Every time I was told everything was OK and the payment would be processed but it never was. I eventually got a pay out but for around half of the amount owed. This company is an absolute con.

gone down hill, they make you go through hoops to get your money out if you win first time, then they have the cheek of taking a quid to get money fast (it aint fast) then they restrict your account cause you are with one of there sister companies, and now all there free bonus daily drops are no longer there, i presume they want you to spend money with them

I’m tryin to withdraw funds for 9 days and keep being told the same story. That my bank are rejecting the payment which they are not. Each time I ask where my funds are they magically appear back in my mr green account. 3 days ago I was told that the problem has definitely finally been resolved and I will get my money. I waited three days and asked where they were and once again was told they will be put back into my Mr Green account. The frustration of all is unreal and I keep being fobbed off. I just want my money fair and square. Extremely stressful having to go over the same thing over and over each day on chat and be lied to. I was told 3 days ago all has been resolved and there was a technical issue and I will 100 percent get my winnings and not to worry. Again fobbed off and lied to. I’m told will get email response. I’m still waiting for my money after 9 days of waiting. It’s the final lie on Saturday as was told don’t worry we have sorted it 💯 percent. And asked today where’s my money and went back to square one. Have all screenshots of the chats and was clearly a blatant lie. I will have to seek outside help on the matter on retrieving my money. Unreal experience for 9 days. Luckily I’ve kept all records of the chats. As it currently stands my money is neither on way to my bank account or in my Mr Green account!!! So it’s all far too fishy for me after 9 days

I won 300 euros and when I tried to withdraw my money they blocked my account. I sent them all my documents and after that they opened my account. After withdrawing all my money from my account they blocked my account again. Total scam company!

I would not recommend this site...i wss self excluded with william hill and after a while i open an account with mr green...i made my 1st deposit and i won 160£ and after one hour they blocked the account for breaching the terms and conditions.I wait for 3 weeks to get the refund and no answer from them.Stay away from these funking thieves

Mr green have continued to pay a withdrawal for over two weeks despite admitting no valid grounds to do so. They have had all documentation requested and ample opportunity to do so.

Their support staff are rude condescending patronising arrogant and completely uneducated.

These criminals refuse to answer any questions put to them and are not a company to be trusted in the slightest.

I am forced to report them to the commission, the local police and my bank as complete fraudsters.

Mr green good company up to now ?anyone had a problem with alto roulette yesterday between 5 am and 5 30 had the number come up!! took my money then didn't pay out . told by email nothing wrong with software , ask me for screen shot clearly not just me with problem by all other comments so leave a message as trying to build case for gaming commission to look into as everything supposed to be recorded

Zero stars. Had a couple hundred win and account blocked without warning after withdrawal. Tried for 3 weeks to get unblocked to no avail. Pointless them having an online casino.
