Joined up,deposited 100 pounds .played for half hour .. had 110 pounds in bank . It froze and told me my account blocked .i have played lots of sites for years and this has never happened to me . Dont waste your time trying to contact them its just automated crap .only scammed 100 pound out of me but im sure people will have been scammed for more by this site ..dont bother

My bank sent them 3 payments and this website only added two payments and the 3rd (value) £60 was never created onto my account. The customer service department is a big fat JOKE, you will NEVER resolve your issues. They will scam you! mrgreen.com

I set an account up and deposited 110 they then cut me of half way through playing I couldn’t log back in! I went on live chat and was informed that my account had been closed absolute scamming site!!! Let you spend money then cut you dead absolute discrace!!! Then they wonder why people get in trouble gambling it’s because these sites rob you blind!!!! They should not let you deposit if there going to cut you dead shut them down now!!!!! Out to rob you blind disrespectful world we live in!!!!!

Please avoid it … after reading review it happened to me too …. Won 310 euros and after withdrawing account blocked and already sent more than 10 documents including a selfie holding my ID. They come back to you saying they need more documents.

Absolutely disgusting experience, first time using this site and trying to withdraw my winnings, resulting in an automatic block, I have sent every document known to man and been on live chat 5 times and keep being fobbed off with one excuse after another, clearly a scamming site!

Don’t go near this scam company. Deposited £200 yesterday after a few checks started playing low stake roulette after three spins, account blocked. Still had £200 when blocked. Been on to live chat four times now with, it’s been escalated to our finance team and your money is safe, rubbish! I’m going to my banks fraud team as after reading other other experiences I don’t have another option. I’ve given them a deadline to pay but I feel this is not going to happen. I will get my money back, whatever it takes!

I self excluded due to issues I have with gambling. I rejoined without any security checks and deposited thousands. I won a few hundred and went to withdraw, and they blocked my account. So having told me I could not withdraw my winnings, as I was self excluded, they also decided

Total scam company. I set an account up on a Sunday, deposited over £100. Won 300 so did a £300 withdraw. After not receiving any winnings In my bank i tried to log in and my account was blocked. I spoke to the online chat for Mr Green Casino every day for 2 weeks, they assured me I would receive an email I never did. I made 3 complaints to their complaints department, got a reply the first time saying I'd receive an email... never did, the next 2 complaints I made I've heard nothing... so they took my hard earned money and have no intention of paying me my winning or giving me any explanation or way of resolving this. I'm just being ignored now. DO NOT sign up to Mr Green Casino they will take your money and block your account

I created an account for the first time and deposited and won some money, immediately after I won they blocked my account. I contacted support and they said I self excluded on a sister company so they blocked me. I said fine refund the money in the account at least the one I deposited.It’s been more than a month and same excuses whenever I contact them “patiently wait for an email from our finance department” etc. This is such a scam. Don’t bother creating an account they will block and take your money.

I signed up a few days ago deposited £25 without bonus won £111.50 sundenly i am kicked off saying account suspended so i try to log back in with no luck, i open chat with customer service they said my account is closed because i self excluded on another site. Did not honour a promotion bonus and Mr Greens customer service team via live chat and a 'no reply' email response seem intent in circling around the promotion that I'm talking about, instead quoting t & c's from another promotion. Basically it looks like false promoting.

Deposited money with this company and after I deposited my account was suspended. Due to links with William hill. Understandable. But yet still to get my money back it’s been two weeks. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPNAY

On the 27th of October i signed up and deposited £30. I started to play 20p roulette, around 10 minutes later a message popped up saying my account would be closed. I contacted customer support and they said it was because I had closed my account in the past. I’m still waiting on a £97 refund. Never have I seen a company act like this. I am utterly disgraced.

Unfortunately this company are scammers, I have tried to withdraw 50 pounds and my withdrawal had been put on hold. After contacting live chat I was asked to verify my ID and address which I did after uploading documents to a jumio link provided, nothing happened though. Contacted again next week, they were asking for more pictures of my passport and the signature, I kept sending more pictures but they always had an excuse that it is blurred on their side and they cannot read or see it. Please for the sake of God do not deposit any of your hard earned money with them because even if you win they will find an excuse to take it.

Very poor customer service. Was asked to send a bank statement to confirm who i am. I did this and asked when my refund will be issued. I was completly ignord and had nothing. Do not play with them. Costomer service is a joke. No help.
