Suits are very good quality and well priced, they have a different variety of suits. Only downside is they do no returns.

From the quality of service to the quality of craftsmanship, Mr Guild is absolutely incredible. Props to the tailors who have captured, in my opinion, the perfect balance of comfort and style. Would recommend to all

Great! This would be my 8th suit.Always my ho yo place for any event.

I bought a suit from them with the buttons not attached, I contacted them many times and they responded after the exchange period saying there’s nothing they can do. Now they’re refusing to give me a refund saying they don’t do refunds even though I provided proof the suit with its labels in packaging with the buttons not attached. Please be aware of this company and I’d advise you not to buy suits from them as the after care customer service is awful.

Ordered a suit which was supposed to be burgundy, the thing was near black. Then I came to find that I had unwittingly ordered a suit form the only retailer I’ve ever come across that doesn’t take returns only exchanges, so I exchanged for a suit that was supposed to be blue, and there’s nothing blue about it, it’s off-white. Pictures of the suits online are heavily edited.

The recommended sizing didn’t work for me at all for the first suit, the thing was absolutely massive and wearing me.

The only thing they’ve got going for them is the material is actually very nice on both suits.

However, avoid this retailer like the plague. Won’t be buying suits online again tbh horrendous experience. Feel fully scammed and hugely disappointed. £250 I’ll never see again.

Firstly they have no returns policy which is clearly stated, instead you can do a complete exchange which is ok. HOWEVER, it seems you can only order certain sizes of suits together. As an example, I’m 5’10 with a slim waist and wide shoulders. I returned my 42 blazer and 33inch trouser as they did not fit. Instead I needed a 44 blazer and a 31 trouser. But lone behold, if you order a 44 trouser, you only get the option to order a 34 waist or above.

It’s a terrible system. The reason is works like this is that they have 3 DC’s (distribution centres) and all the suits are prepackaged within these size categories. There is no option to have a split size suit which is ridiculous if you are someone that is well built up top and slim in the waist!

There has only been good WhatsApp response when it came to spending my money, NOT, when I needed to exchange.

I’d be willing to change my rating if I get this sorted.

Sent a suit with a mark on the lapel. Realised they only do exchanges are they aren't actually in "London". Exchanged the suit with the same mark again. Stay away. Rubbish quality.

SCAM!! Sent damaged suit stuffed in a bag, poor quality, Poor customer service (none) refused refund. This company should be shut down.

Good suits for the price, they come quick enough. I do get comments of how good they are. The only pain is there is a no returns policy, which buying a suit online there should be as single breasted jackets size different to double breasted jackets for example. But for the price, great suits.
