Established in 2007, we're a small, passionate team working from our London workshops to bring you watches that are a bit different.
We collaborate with talented artists and designers across the world to produce distinctive watches that are unique to Mr Jones Watches.
Each colour you see in our designs are mixed by hand, before being printed layer by layer. Then each component is carefully assembled by hand - all in our London based workshops.

Our unique watches are created using a variety of movements: quartz, jump-hours and Swiss movements.
We also create beautiful gilded watches, using precious metals should as gold and palladium.

I just received my second piece from MJW - I love their designs and artist collabs! Fit and finish are phenomenal, and the designs look even better in person. The Silent Thief - *chef's kiss* - is absolutely stunning. Instantly among my favorites in my collection.
I live in the US, and there was a shipping snafu at first (no fault of MJW). The MJW team responded promptly, gave me updates and got it straightened out. They really take pride in their pieces and in customer satisfaction. I will happily do business with them in the future.

Beautiful watch and excellent customer service!
Unfortunately, the engraving was not correct upon arrival, but this was resolved quickly and professionally. They really thought along with me and immediately came up with a suitable solution. Everything was handled with great care and clear communication.
In a world full of AI generated customer services, it’s honestly very refreshing to deal with people who truly take the time for you. Instead of just saying no or making things complicated, they genuinely want to help you and find a solution that works.
I am very satisfied with both the product and the service and would definitely recommend this company.

Shoutout to their Customer Service
Greetings everyone
I want to start by saying that Mr. Jones´s customer service is one if not the best experience you can have. I order two watches from their SALE event, unlucky for me the package was all torn apart and one of the watches was lost during the process. Incidents like these happen and I couldn´t really blame Mr. Jones. I emailed them about my issue, they took about a day to reply. We went back and forth a couple of times (no more than 3 days) and at the end they were happy to send the replacement. Today June, 12th I got my second watch (the missing one from the first order), and I couldn´t be happier. You guys just made a customer for life. Again really appreciate your help.

Mr Jones watch (Build quality)
I have 5 watches from Mr. Jones. I love their unique idea and artistic design for the watches. But I hope they improve the build quality of the overall watch. When you compare it with watches from other brands, Mr. Jones Watch feels underwhelming.

Bought for my husband's birthday, it is a real favourite.
Mr Jones bent over backwards to supply the watch for my husband's 70th birthday. It was only supposed to be available to pick up in the shop. which I didn't see when I ordered it, and as we live in North Yorkshire it wasn't really an option. So the wonderful customer service people allowed it to be sent straight to me at no extra cost.
The watch - Enjoy the Ride - is lovely. The spokes of the wheel catch the light and the whole watch brings a smile to the face. It is definitely one of his favourites.

Genuinely fantastic customer service. I stupidly bought a watch for pick up instead of delivery but they sorted it all out for me with no bother. The watch is so fun and fantastic and knowing it's backed by great customer service just adds a bigger smile.
