The product has always proved what it says on the tin. Reduction in weeds- acts as a good fertiliser helps irrigation.

Good price good communication and helpful delivery person. It would be helpful if the bag was labelled with what is inside as it’s impossible to tell if I got manure or the fifty fifty mix which I ordered.

Two failed delivery attempts so far. Both times waited in the whole day only to find on the first attempt they were attempting to deliver in an 18 ton truck when I’d been assured twice they would deliver in a smaller vehicle. On the second delivery attempt apparently the vehicle got a puncture and had to be towed back to the depot but no one thought to contact me to tell me. Instead I had to ring them at 5pm to see what was going on. I’ve struggled to get through to Mr Muck on the phone and they haven’t responded to my emails so I’m left thinking they’ve washed their hands of the matter (having had my money). I’m left trying to deal with the inadequate logistics company. I won’t use Mr Muck again. Too stressful. I don’t usually write reviews but felt this lack of service needed highlighting.

the website was very easy to navigate, making it easy to identify the products I needed. Shipping charges were very reasonable and delivery was very prompt.

delivery was a shambles and the delivery company stated they were only paid to deliver it 100m from my house - issue raised with delivery company and Mr Muck and I was promised a call back which has never happened - I simply will use an alternative company for future business

Wonderful product as usual. Delivery on time and very helpful.

I ordered a sack and a 40l bag arrived. Probably my fault for not reading the description, however £27 + is an outrageous sum for so small a quantity.
