Honestly the worst bookmakers on the internet, I’ve been trying to withdraw my winnings for over 5 weeks provided every document they asked for and got absolutely no where and now just being ignored, criminal pieces of s***

If you ever receive a SMS from this company I'd recommend deleting and blocking the number, the offer is simply fraudulent. You qualify to the strict terms and they still so not give you the promised free bet.

If you make the mistake of signing up and placing a bet to take advantage of their sign up offer, do not use any other method than card. They refuse any free bets if you use PayPal for instance.

They also charge you 2.5% for all deposist and charge you for withdrawals.

The site is incredibly slow, painful to use. After my experience with their customer service agent Nikolai whom was incredibly rude, I'm not sure what's worse... the appalling customer service, the false advertising, or the speed of the website.

I can only assume the positive reviews left here are fake, this is by far the worst betting website I've ever used and it's not even close.

When creating an account you get automatically a bonus at first deposit (even if you don't want it).
BE SURE TO READ THE TERMS!

So I had a bonus of 200€, after a while I achieved a total balance of €12k. (Followed within the terms).
In the terms there was called for a X35 wagering.
So basically I needed to wage 7.000.
BUT!! at every slot the wage counted for 50% (so a slotspin of €3 counts as €1.50 for wage).

Thereby MrPlay doesn't follow their own TOS, only when its in their favour.

Back to the story, after I waged 3/7k (so basically 6/14k) I tried with higher amount (above the TOS that they are not even by them self following) and I didnt knew this. (And yes that my own dumb problem for not reading the TOS good enough)
But strangly the game let me play it anyways and it counted anyways.

In my opinion is that an easy way of scamming your customers to just let it count or not warn in game I guess.

But at the end of the road I totally ended up with an amount of €70.000 (mostly by good gambling and some luck)

At checkout to withdrawal (took firstly a damn long time to verify documents)
They told me that they took all credits out of the account because of me using a higher bet than the TOS says.
So imagine that if you finished a bonus all by the rules except for 1 spin bet amount you would be shafted.

I 100% agree that I dont deserve the 70.000 payment, but atleast a compensation for that even the MrPlay casino not obey their own POS of like 5000€ bonus with a €5000 wagering would be helpful offer.

If I kept going for €3 spins with the amount I had left once I started doing bigger spins I would have 3-4k once the bonus wagering was completed (so basically if I lost 3000 spins I would still have 3-4k to legitimacy payout)

Anyway it was a misstake of me, but also a huge misstake of the casino.
The possibilities of sueing the casino because of not following their own TOS and admittedly try to keep people playing is momently being discussed.

I was very apprehensive after reading the comments on here, I deposited £10, played return of the Kong megaways and won £600, after reading the comments I was worried I wouldn't recieve my winnings but after 1 day it arrived in my account, only gripe I had was with the fees but overall very happy

App very slow read the reviews on here and was a bit apprehensice regarding my first win 350 cashout from my initial 10 deposit two days it was in my bank and even though i cashed out i still got my free 20 bet token..maybe they have cleaned up there act

Biggest scam casino ever! They give you a bonus of € 50 but that means that you'll have place a bet of 35 times the bonus before you can cash out. So you have to bet € 1.750 before you can cash out your earned money.
