Very poor service not open on time people kids wait out in cold 2nd experience

Mr price Athlone is an excellent asset to the place the store location is fantastic no traffic delays getting to it. Stocks absolutely everything you could need under 1 roof. I visit there few times a week for treats for office and home always my 1st stop for Halloween or Christmas decorations just know you will hit on something.

Products and stock are excellent HOWEVER the store in Blanchardstown shopping centre Retail Park is filthy !

Totally miserable staff.
We stood near the tills looking at a display and a staff member needed to get past, not an excuse me or a thank you, she then needed to come back past again and again not a single word, just a look of contempt on her face. The cashier was just as miserable and unfriendly.

I just wanted to leave a review for Susan, she went above and beyond for me to help with my query yesterday in the Waterford Store, her customer service is excellent, she is so polite and friendly I cant thank her enough!! she was incredibly helpful in assisting me, It’s clear that she truly cares about the customers and the store. Thank you so much for your kindness and exceptional service! 🙂

Oh your staff at the till at 15:20 on 24/09/2024 was rude. I wonder if that’s my job or her job. Placing the item under a different price tag, i myself going to check it out. This price tag issue is always happening at mr. price in tullamore. This new girl with dark hair, oh she really hates her job aint dhe! Show some respect to customers.

Newcastle West store needs an overhaul of staffand management. I tried to return a toy for my very disappointed 5 year old, that never worked. This is my fourth time trying to return it. Staff in other stores said they could not return because they never stocked the item. Staff refused in Newcastle West again, they said the manager was on her lunch for an hour and to come back, which I was unable to do. So there was no manager in store or anyone to do returns. Very poor service from such a big chain of stores. I was also annoyed because this was my fourth attempt. Which pushed me well over the time frame for return. Asked for the managers name which the people on tills did not know. Very poor customer service. Will not be purchasing from them anywhere in thr future.

I purchased a phone from Mall of Africa in May. After a few weeks It had technical issues, and on 8 July, I took it back to be repaired as I was told that I can’t return or exchange it. Since leaving the phone there
I have received no call for any updates. I went again twice this month, they gave me excuses that did not make sense and told me they’d give me a call, and I still haven’t received any update almost a month later. Poor poor poor client service.

I was refused a refund in Carlow Town Branch on the basis that the product was not in stock in their branch and was told to return it to the branch where I originally bought it from. Total violation of return policy as I provided a valid receipt, the product was unused and in the original packaging. Also, mrprice.ie website states that refund can be handled at any branch.

Got my balloons done in gorey mr.price store. Omg amazing 3 weeks later and there still perfect last so long. Would highly recommend.❤️

So rude and very unhelpful some of the staff in enniscorthy branch would just grunt at you rather than to be kind and respectful you ask a question and the answer is no we don't have that but 2 minutes later I find it on the shelf myself,it doesn't cost anything to be kind and respectful 🤔

Walked into the shop and was told where closing in 20 minutes make shur you have a card that I'm not taking cash, was si ignorant Mr price donore road drogheda

Great shop in North main Street Cork city. Great service with a smile and fantastic bargains .
Would highly recommend.

Clonmel store, there a woman working I the ship by the name of Teresa and I will tell you I have never in my life met ignorant like her, I both two kids reward books full price €3.99 reduced to 2.99 was the label , when these products scanned they scanned at 4.99 I told the lady who called Teresa and she was so rude saying she needed the product in the rudest tone to do the refund then when told there was two she was horrible , a man after me was buying items and he handed 50eiro to pay 23 something she asked if he had anything smaller in a very bad attitude it's actually disgraceful to be treated like this if she doesn't like her job she should leave . It's not my problem that items are labelled and scanning wrong , robbing people blind is what they are most people don't take receipts then to make it worse. Maybe staff training wouldn't go astray. I am actually really annoyed by this as the lady who originally served me is lovely.

Disappointed that there isn't an option for zero stars. Just shopped in Mr Price Monaghan and was overcharged again. Sticker on drinking bottle stated €5.99 and shelf sticker stated why pay €7.99 when you can buy for €5.99. They charged €6.99 and were extremely rude when I queried the price. They said I had to pay the till price and that the stickers weren't updated - take it or leave it. 3 staff members were involved and they all insisted that I pay the till price. It was only when I took a picture of the false advertising and quoted consumer rights that they finally reneged. The staff would benefit from consumer rights training and basic customer service training. They could also focus on getting their pricing correct 1st time around. This wasn't a case of a once off error - it's a regular occurance and therefore I will not be shopping in Mr Price Monaghan again

Everytime I go in to buy something that I need. They price is always wrong and a lot higher than the price stated.
So a big horang to get management go down and check and then come back up to change the price.
How hard is it to get a price right..

Very disappointed with mr price Nenagh as most staff cannot understand English or even talk english and i had a big issue with balloons as they were supposed to do confirmation balloons but ended up mixing communion and confirmation ballons in 4 bundles. Very disappointing. They need new staff that can actually do their job and understand what u are saying to them. They need a better system for balloons and not let anyone come in and just take them without a ticket.

I would give no stars if I could.
Shop needs new staff! Specially behind the counter. I was in mr price last week and today and had the same uncomfortable experience.
Two girls that are working behind the counter were sneering and laughing at customers whiles stuffing their faces with food while’s they were serving customers.
They have no customer service skills or know how to present themselves they look like they just woke up from the bed.
I won’t be returning and I’m sure mr price will lose more costumers if they encounter them also.
