Although we have used Mr Shifter many times over the years we had a complicated move and we used them twice with a couple of months in between the moves. We couldn’t recommend them enough, nothing too much trouble. And storage was at a very competitive rate. We now should be moving to our new forever home in early July so we will be getting our furniture out of Mr Shifters storage and Ito the new house, I know it will all go without a hitch. I’ve used Mr Shifter a few times now and every experience has been fantastic. The team are always hardworking, reliable and make the whole moving process completely stress free. They take great care with everything and always go above and beyond to help. There has been no breakages and all my belongings were taken care of. I have a huge headboard which we didn’t think was going to go up the stairs ..but the boys made sure it did ! Great removal service friendly staff and lads who did the removal nothing was an issue.

Les and Jeff from Mr Shifter removals recently helped us move house. I can not praise them enough. What could have been a stressful day was made easy because of their professionalism, attitude and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. They worked so hard and where so accommodating. I was amazed at how smooth the whole day ran. Their estimated timings were spot on, from arrival, packing the van, traveling to our new home and unpacking and placing furniture. This was only a temporary move before a more long distance move to Scotland. I will definitely be contacting Mr Shifter again and asking for Jeff to move us to Scotland, sadly Les prefers local jobs, but I am sure that the other staff at Mr Shifter are as equally professional. Thank you both, it meant a lot to have such a positive removal experience.

Outstanding company. From enquiry to the move they were great. Communication was excellent throughout. The lads were superb and made Mums move so much easier (Dave, Lee and Sam).

Brilliant company. Absolutely lovely people. Made our moving day go so smoothly and less stressful. The lads moving us did not stop all day, despite the ridiculous amount of stairs we had they were like machines. Lots of helpful advice and tips from them and so hard working and very careful.

Not the cheapest but certainly very helpful and flexible. They provided storage at the last minute, and nothing broken or damaged, even though we hadn't wrapped things too well.
Their workers were very hard working, up lots of fights of stairs, despite having a four hour drive both ways.
