When we went to the warehouse we were greeted by the company owner and shown around. We knew what benches we wanted and asked some questions regarding our choice and were happy with the answers given.
The benches were delivered in the expected time and were very well wrapped. Good value for money.
We are delighted with our purchases.

Bench delivered damaged, one side had suffered impact in transit that pulled out all the joints. I tried to contact mr teak by phone over 40 times in the first 24 hours but the phone wasnt answered. I sent 3 emails with images, no reply. Not sure how to proceed with this now other than report to klarna. So yes, they will happily take your money but send out goods in inadequate packaging then refuse to respond to any contact.

The progress of my order was not made clear plus, 2 bolts were missing to tighten up the bench. Other than that, the bench is great

The Bench very well made extra thick i had the Bench assembled at factory very good job the delivery was good the Bench well packed great service.

The bench I bought is perfect however my experience in its delivery was not! Certainly it was not next day delivery as advertised, more like weeks. When I did get a delivery day I was promised a delivery time slot which didn’t happen. I was then given at least 3 other time slots (after numerous telephone calls) none of which materialized. More telephone calls and eventually it arrived the next day. Although I was forewarned it still came as a shock to have the bench delivered on a pallet encased in a solid wooden structure and wrapped in plastic. If it wasn’t for the kindness of my neighbour it would have been impossible for me to unwrap this structure (I have just turned 90!). Surely it is possible to have some other means of delivery or at least provide some help.

Assembled easily but you could have included an Allen key. Looks good

We knew delivery would take a while which we were prepared for. However although we were sent email saying tracking info would follow we never received said info and one bench turned up without prior warning.
Phoned to find out where second bench was and told it would be delivered the following Tuesday. Did not arrive as promised so phoned again. Second bench eventually arrived the following Tuesday. Not very good service I have to say

Good things:
- our Lutyens bench+coffee table is now assembled and is a handsome set
- the service team was able to send bits and pieces to remedy assembly issues
- good video to guide assembly and helpful installation ideas (like matching stickers on certain joints)
Not so good things:
- general radio silence on delivery (in my case I ordered an out-of stock item so was expecting a wait, but not a radio silence)
- no installation support people to talk to. If you want spares, they can be sent easily but no general advice available.
Buying an already-assembled set would be ideal but of course this costs twice as much! Horses for courses.

Long delivery time with no updates from customer care unless I enquired.
Very pleased with bench once it arrived, that’s why it got 4star review and not a 5 star rating.

5 star service, fantastic products and great customer care.

Nicely made cover for my Banana bench….It is God send for the coming winter. No more sanding and oiling next spring.

High quality garden table, six chairs and a bench. Coral kept me informed on delivery timing throughout. A really good and honest company. Would not hesitate to buy from Mr Teak again.

Ordered a Sissinghurst Lutyens Bench Two Seat bench. After a month I phoned up to chase and it was delivered a couple of days later. Poor quality, badly crafted, and when assembled 50% of joints split when putting in the dowels. Poor quality bench. Would not recommend. Too big and too much hassle to return.

I love my bench. I previously had a banana bench, which I replaced.
I ordered the wave design this time. I'm really happy with it. So much so, that when funds allow I'm going to get a four piece dining set to match.
I've only knocked off a star for delivery (which I know is a separate company)
For weeks it was booked for the 7th July. That morning I had a call to say they couldn't come. Fortunately I had that week off and was available on the 9th. Despite this the delivery was prompt on the morning of the 9th & caused me no issues, but it could have done.
No matter now, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Ordered a bench 31st March not delivered until 8th July. Many calls made with a variety of excuses for non delivery.
A fully built brunch ordered, a flat packed was delivered. More unanswered calls made with an email apologising blaming a ‘family emergency’ and someone will call the following day. No one called and I’m still waiting 9 days later and a further email from me criticising their customer service. The product seems good but I would not order anything from Mr Teak again due to their extremely poor customer service , lack of communication and broken promises

Goods once delivered were perfect, only pain was a delay in the delivery, but that was outside of Mr Teak's control, so understood.
