MSC cruise
Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely ship. Cabin was perfect. Food was nice, speciality restaurants were excellent. Shops great variety. Spa & thermal suite were excellent. Would recommend to friends & will travel with MSC again

Great holiday and experience for all to be had aboard the MSC
The staff,ship,entertainment were all top class. Something for everyone of all ages aboard the ship. We plan on bringing our two teenage girls next time.

Room cleaness was under standard
I had prepared some cash for tipping on ship as from my previous experiences, all services were good. But on MSC the service was much under my expectation and standard level. I had not given any extra tips to the staffs.

Beautiful ship
Beautiful ship, fabulous food and amazingly friendly and helpful staff.
Sea days better to enjoy your balcony if you have one and would like a relaxing few hours, either that or go early to the rear of the ship to get a chair/lounger.
Lots to do on board for every age group, so make sure to use the MSC app once you're onboard, you can use it to make your own daily itinerary so you dont miss anything you want to see or do. It also has a chat function you can use while on board for new friends you meet!
No Irons allowed in rooms, which is unstandable so pack carefully. There is an onborad laundry service that is reasonably priced but you do pay extra for same day service.
If you like an opportunity to dress up, bring that evening dress or tux for Gala night you'll regret it if you don't!
Lots of photo opportunities with photographers onboard on decks 6,7, and 8 plenty of chances to get that perfect cruise pic!

First cruise
Traveled with MSC musica in January 2026 my first cruise and I really enjoyed it. A lot to do on board with entertainment for adult and children food was amazing. Look forward to booking my next cruise with MSC.

Toilets on ship are not clean enough on the landing food wasn't great in restaurants always cold had to be sent back seating in bars are old well worn out need to be updated or binned
