Must mention Dennis K and Amitya in the All stars sports bar - and our wonderful cabin steward Ronaldo who looked after us fantastically. Noisy room
We had a lovely time on board but there wasn't much entertainment for adults during the day and the main restaurant food was never hot. We had an inside cabin which was fine but it was on the 14th floor which was very noisy during the night because it was under the marketplace restaurant and they worked all night

My experience at MSC World Europa
I have cruised with MSC several times, and my experiences have always been very positive. Unfortunately, my experience on MSC World Europa was not as enjoyable.
Although the ship is much larger, the design feels quite cold and fragmented, with guests spread out into many isolated areas. There is a strong shopping-mall atmosphere throughout the ship, which became tiring over the course of a week, especially due to the lack of engaging attractions to balance it.
I also noticed that many crew members seemed very tired, possibly near the end of their contracts, and at times it felt like they were no longer enjoying their work on board.
Overall, this was my personal experience on this ship. It may offer more activities during the summer season, but at this point I am not sure I would choose to cruise on MSC World Europa again.

MSC Cruise excellent
We loved our Mediterranean cruise on board MSC World Europa and would highly recommend it. We stopped at Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Rome, Sicily, Malta. The ship is magnificent. We were blown away by the ship. The staff on board fantastic. Food very good.

The purpose of our cruise was to relax and not feel pressured to be out and about. This cruise met with our expectations as there really was not much sightseeing to be done on most of the islands - except Funchal which was beautiful and worth leaving the ship for. Food was great, staff was excellent and the ship, although an older lady, is in good condition and well maintained. Beds are big and comfortable but our room - and the one they offered to move us too - were noisy when the ship is sailing so bring good earplugs if you are noise sensitive.
